Abstract

Service quality is a unique phenomenon, because the dimensions and indicators can vary in each community involved in the service. BRI Mandrehe unit prioritizes the quality of service provided in the form of speed and comfort provided to customers. One form of problem that is a phenomenon experienced by customers and needs to be a main concern For banks, what must always be improved and improved so that bank performance becomes more productive is the queue that occurs when waiting for banking services. This research aims to determine the quality of customer service on customer satisfaction at the Mandrehe unit of BRI Bank. In this research the data used is primary data. The type of data in this research is secondary data. The data collection methods in this research are field studies and literature studies. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research are, firstly, customer service plays an important role in providing the best service to customers. Therefore, Bank BRI Mandrehe unit prioritizes the appearance of its customer service standards, such as dressing politely, neatly and neatly. Second, customer service as a communicator is responsible for providing all information about bank products or services to customers, accommodating customer complaints and objections. BRI Mandrehe unit prioritizes customer service in carrying out tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures. For this reason, BRI Mandrehe unit customer service must be smiling, smooth, friendly, calm and patient in serving each customer.

Abstract

Dalam kondisi perekonomian yang terus berkembang, sektor perbankan mempunyai peluang dan kemungkinan yang besar dalam perannya sebagai sumber pembiayaan bagi masyarakat dan dunia usaha. Salah satu layanan yang ditawarkan oleh bank adalah tabungan. Tabungan adalah simpanan uang di bank yang penarikannya hanya dapat dilakukan menurut syarat tertentu. Tabungan merupakan fungsi bungan menurut sudut pandang ekonomi klasik. Penggunaan tabungan dapat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba bersih suatu perusahaan. Tabungan yang efisisen dan strategis dapat memberikan dampak positif pada keuangan perusahaan. Pertama, dengan memiliki tabungan yang cukup dan kedua, tabungan yang dikelola dengan baik memberikan keuntungan tambahan melalui investasi. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan tabungan yang cerdas dan efisien dapat dapat mendukung pertumbuhan laba bersih perusahaan, tetapi manajemen perlu menjaga keseimbangan antara likuiditas, investasi, dan potensi return untuk mencapai hasil optimal.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of customer checking account procedures at Bank Sumut with a focus on the efficiency of the account opening process, customer service, data security and protection, and technology adoption. Qualitative research methods, with a case study design, were used to gain an in-depth understanding of banking practices at Bank Sumut. The research results show that the procedure for opening a checking account is efficient, customer service is considered adequate, and the bank places security and data protection as a top priority. In addition, the adoption of technology, especially through digital banking applications, provides a convenient alternative for customers. However, the research also identifies future challenges and opportunities and provides recommendations for further development. These findings provide insight for Bank Sumut to improve services, maintain security, and face the dynamics of the banking industry.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki peran Bank Indonesia sebagai bank pelaksana kliring antar bank. Dengan menerapkan metode penelitian normatif, kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah sebagai berikut: Dengan pelaksanaan kliring yang diatur oleh Bank Indonesia, perhitungan hutang-piutang antar bank dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, menghemat tenaga, waktu, dan biaya. Pelaksanaan kliring bertujuan untuk memajukan dan memperlancar pembayaran uang giral dengan cara yang mudah, aman, dan efisien, serta untuk memastikan kepercayaan setiap nasabah. Dalam pelaksanaan kliring, perhitungan warkat antar bank dan perhitungan warkat yang berada dalam wilayah kliring antar cabang selalu diperhatikan. Persyaratan penting bagi peserta kliring termasuk bank-bank yang telah mendapatkan izin dari Bank Indonesia, memenuhi syarat sebagai peserta kliring, membuka rekening koran di Bank Indonesia, dan wajib menyetorkan saldo jaminan kliring.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the Central Bank in maintaining financial system stability to create financial system stability, to find out the role of the Central Bank in maintaining and guaranteeing monetary stability and maintaining financial system stability. This research uses a literature review type of research. Literature review is a search and research of literature by reading books, journals and other publications related to research topics, to produce a particular topic or issue, such as to produce scientific writing, such as a thesis, thesis and dissertation. The results of this research show that the mechanism and role of the Central Bank in maintaining and maintaining financial stability is very important in the banking world. Therefore, maintaining the stability of the financial system remains the duty and responsibility of the Central Bank
