Abstract

The Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Program of the Puskesmas has not been fully implemented, such as the unpreparedness of the Introduction of Potential Hazards, Application of Standard Precautions, Application of Ergonomic Principles, Periodic Health Checks, Provision of Immunizations, Acculturation of PHBS, Processing of Facilities and Infrastructure from K3 Aspects, Processing of Medical Equipment from K3 Aspects, Readiness to Face Emergencies or Disasters Including Fire, Hazardous Waste Management and Hazardous Waste, Domestic Waste Management. This article uses a literature review approach with a qualitative study design. This article through electronic databases systematically in Google Scholar and PubMed using keywords (program evaluation, occupational safety health and public health center. based on the results of data extraction from search engine methods Google Scholar and PubMed there are 15 journals selected based on inclusion extraction criteria. Evaluation of the implementation of the K3 program at the Puskesmas consists of several activities such as covering the Commitment and Policy of the Head of the Puskesmas, the existence of a Decree of the Head of the Puskesmas, a written K3 Plan document in the form of an annual work plan, the existence of resource support, the level of compliance with K3 implementation, K3 acculturation through the use of SOPs, waste management work accident rates, occupational disease rates (PAK), occupational health services and emergency response. Evaluation of the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Program at the OKU Regency Health Center will be effective if the implementation is clear and consistent. There are Human Resources in the implementation of the Puskesmas Occupational Safety and Health program and adequate Facilities and Infrastructure. The successful implementation of policies without human resources and facilities and infrastructure will not work. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate so that the K3 program can be improved continuously in accordance with the identified risks, keep recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting.
