Abstract

Membangkitkan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru di tengah pandemi Covid-19 ini menjadi perhatian yang sangat penting bagi semua pihak, seperti pemerintah, swasta, maupun masyarakat umum. UMKM ini memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam mendukung perekonomian nasional. Salah satu Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang berada di Desa Sijang, Kecamatan Galing, Kabupaten Sambas adalah UKM Mawar Merah. UKM Mawar Merah ini berdiri pada tanggal 17 Nopember 2018. UKM Mawar Merah ini melakukan kegiatan mengolah buah nanas menjadi dodol nanas, di mana di Desa Sijang, banyak petani yang memproduksi buah nanas. PKM ini bertujuan untuk melakukan sosialisasi mengenai diversifikasi produk olahan nanas, di mana buah nanas diolah menjadi cemilan nanas sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah dari produk nanas tersebut. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan pelatihan/workshop mulai dari proses produksi hingga pengemasan produk, pendampingan dan pembinaan, serta evaluasi dan monitoring mengenai diversifikasi produk olahan nanas. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota UKM Mawar Merah sudah memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan manajemen usaha dalam mengolah buah nanas menjadi cemilan nanas. Pendampingan dan pembinaan dilakukan guna menjaga kualitas cemilan nanas ini agar tetap baik. Produk cemilan nanas ini sudah dipasarkan di daerah Galing dan dipromosikan kepada pembeli/pelanggan yanga ada di luar Kecamatan Galing. Berdasarkan hasil monitoring dan evaluasi dari kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa, peserta PKM 100% sudah memahami akan pentingnya diversifikasi produk olahan nanas dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah produk olahan nanas sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan bagi UKM Mawar Merah di masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru pada saat pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

This research discusses IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), and SQ (Spiritual Quotient), it sounds like a new term, but it is not. IQ, EQ and SQ, in fact, are just new concepts presented by cutting-edge psychologists, against the various potentials of intelligence possessed by humans. Man from his birth has had the potentials of intelligence given by God. These intelligences grow and develop along with the development of human experience. The focus of this study is how does IQ (intelligence quotient), EQ (emotional quotient), and SQ (spiritual quotient) function? and how the Qur'anic revelation views the intelligences in man?. The method used in this research is a type of literature research with a historical approach. The result of this study is According to the revelation of the Koran, human beings have various psychological potentials and these potentials determine human qualities. These potentials are ruh, aql, qalb, and nafs. By modern findings these potentials are then translated into IQ, EQ, and SQ. These potentials allow humans to become kamil people and or become ignorant people

Abstract

Talking about the conception of gender in the perspective of Hadith, we first need to understand the basic references to the teachings that Muslims believe are related to the pattern of relations between men and women. The first reference is the Al-Qur'an, Muslims believe that it is the first source of Islam which is a reference for the faith of all Muslim life behaviors based on the texts of the Al-Qur'an. In a more interesting discussion of hadith, it will be the core discussion, so that when interpreted in a mawdhui (thematic) way, it is usually referred to by the term, syarh al-hadith bi al-mawdhu'iy, or in relation to understanding hadith, a thematic approach (mawdu'i) to understand the meaning and capture the meaning contained in the hadith by studying other hadiths related to the same topic of discussion and paying attention to the correlation of each so that a complete understanding is obtained. This research on women's leadership is a library research with the Thematic Hadith approach. Thematic Hadith means setting a theme to be used as material for comprehensive study. In this study, a theme was set: Gender Perspective of Hadith, hadith studies. The concept of gender has been formulated in the thematically tagged and prescribed hadiths. However, before the hadiths are recited and disyarah, the author concludes that the gender referred to in this study contains an interpretation of equality of position between women and men in carrying out all activities in accordance with the nature of each Hadith, regarding women's leadership in domestic politics. The steps as well as from the aspect of the sanad are also valid, but understanding must be through a socio-historical approach because this hadith is not always factual.

Abstract

At present, sharia financing is very much needed by the Muslim community in order to support economic activities, especially businesses that are carried out in need of additional riba-free capital. This study aims to describe the meaning of Islamic financing institutions and their scope of business. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research with a library research approach in which literature or documents are the main data. Based on this study, it can be concluded that finance companies are business entities outside of banks and non-bank financial institutions specifically established to carry out activities that are included in the business sector of financing institutions. The business activities of financing institutions are leasing, factoring, credit card business, and consumer financing.
