Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer satisfaction Borobudur Central Java Temple Tourism Park. This study uses service and facility quality variables to analyze customer satisfaction at Borobudur Tourism Park. The sampling technique used by multiplying 5 times the number of question items, then the sample results obtained by 155 people. The result was that 150 questionnaires were answered by visitors to Borobudur Temple Tourism Park while 5 questionnaires were not filled out by visitors so they were not included in the data analysis. Then the response rate in this study was 96.77%. The analytical tool used to test the research instrument uses the validity and reliability test while to test the hypothesis is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test and F. The result is that Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction of Borobudur Temple Tourist Park Consumers, Facilities do not significantly influence Satisfaction Consumers Borobudur Temple Tourism Park Consumers and Quality of Service and Facilities simultaneously affect Consumer Satisfaction Borobudur Temple Tourism Park Consumers Keywords: Service quality, Facilities and customer satisfaction, Borobudur Temple

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as a mediating variable: a case study on PT. Bhumi Merapi Agrowisata(2019). This study uses a causal relationship, while the analytical tool used is path analysis. Data taken through the distribution of questionnaires given to all employees of PT. Bhumi Merapi Agrowisata totaling 30 people. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, personality has a positive effect on OCB, personality has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative effect on OCB and organizational commitment is a mediating variable of the effect of job satisfaction and personality on OCB. As an improvement effort, it is suggested by PT. Bhumi Merapi Agrowisata to enhance OCB behavior, it is suggested to pay more attention to the organizational commitment of its employees through providing job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees in the production department at PT. INKOASKU, Karawang, West Java. This study analyzes the effect of motivation on employee performance. This study using the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are 80 production employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java. The sampling technique used is the model non- probability sampling by census method. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method that is distributed to all employees of the production section, amounting to 80 people. The result was that 68 questioners were filled by the productions employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java, the respondent rate was 85%. The analytical tool used is Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The result is that work motivation does not affect employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable between work motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor terpenting dalam organisasi maupun perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia yang dikelola dengan baik, memberikan dampak yang positif untuk organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah Pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Pendidikan Kecamatan Delanggu Kabupaten Klaten dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebesar 35 yaitu kepala sekolah SD negeri maupun swasta, dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja kepala sekolah. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Kepuasan kerja kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Saran dari penulis UPTD memberikan model kepemimpinan yang mencerminkan berperilaku adil, pemimpin yang mempunyai kepedulian terhadap permasahan lembaga, mempunyai empati terhadap permasalahan bawahan, bersikap baik serta menjadi contoh keteladanan. Menciptakan budaya organisasi seperti budaya terhadap ketaatan peraturan dan kekompakkan. Perlu ditingkatkan kepuasan terhadap gaji ketepatan pemberian gaji, kepuasan terhadap model promosi yang dijalankan, kepuasan terhadap model hubungan antar rekan kerja, kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan itu sendiri.

Abstract

Business development and growth is the ultimate target of establishing a company. Apart from being sales data, transaction data can also be a company asset that can be used for operational management and marketing strategies. For operational purposes, transaction data that reflects customer capabilities and conditions can be used for inventory management purposes by predicting the need for raw materials to guarantee the availability of products or services within a certain period of time according to customer needs. Companies can also develop products according to customer needs and minimize unnecessary expenses resulting from excessive procurement of raw materials. For marketing purposes, transaction data can be a reference for determining demographic customer characteristics. Customer characteristics can be used as a tool to determine current customer segments and how to provide maximum service to customers. The overall condition of customers will be valuable information for companies in carrying out marketing strategies. This research will explain how to utilize sales transaction data during a certain period using qualitative methods to achieve customer satisfaction through good raw material inventory management and appropriate product and service development, creating brand awareness (customer awareness of the brand) through digital marketing (digital marketing) and customer loyalty through customer relationship management strategies in the Exist Autodetailing Yogyakarta vehicle body maintenance business.

Abstract

Maritime transportation is the backbone of the transportation system of all archipelagic countries such as Indonesia, therefore ports play a very important and strategic role. One of the functions of the port is as a transportation chain or meeting point for transportation modes which are actually played by the terminal. Daily activities in a loading and unloading company certainly require a chart or framework that contains the flow of activities including planning, organizing, mobilizing and evaluating. Seeing the urgency of the importance of managing management functions in organizations, it is necessary to study more deeply how management functions are managed in loading and unloading companies. Qualitative research method with descriptive analysis. Therefore, planning begins before the ship arrives, preparing loading and unloading equipment, operational planning meetings, permit applications, equipment preparation and field preparation. Organizing is done by managing the human resources available in the company. The implementation includes activities for handling container unloading and handling container cargo. Control is carried out by making reports which include operations per shift and reports on the realization of demolition. In conclusion, the management function carried out by PT. PBM Adipurusa has been running well.

Abstract

The development of the beauty industry increases every year. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, this industry remained stable in facing the crisis. This condition certainly makes many investors look to invest their capital in this industry. The beauty industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) is PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk, PT. Martina Berto Tbk and PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. In order to help investors assess company performance, it is necessary to carry out financial ratio analysis. Financial ratio analysis in this study is liquidity analysis, asset management analysis, debt management analysis, profitability analysis and market value analysis. This study is qualitative in nature with data analysis using financial ratio analysis. The results of this study provide the conclusion that if the analysis of the cosmetics industry in 2022 uses industry averages according to Brigham Houston, there are several components that are above standard, such as profit margin and ROA owned by PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk and PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk above standard. PT fixed asset turnover. Muatika Ratu Tbk which is above standard. If analyzed through comparisons between companies that are still in the same industry, the company PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk has performed quite well in generating company profitability. Abstract

Penyedia layanan kesehatan mengalami perkembangan pesat setiap tahunnya. Data yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) jumlah penyedia layanan kesehatan di Indonesia pada tahun 2021 mencapai 3.112. Angka itu melonjak 5,17% dari tahun sebelumnya yang hanya 2.959. Hal ini berdampak pada terciptanya iklim persaingan. Dalam industri jasa, bauran pemasaran meliputi produk, harga, lokasi, sumber daya manusia, promosi, bukti fisik dan proses. Melalui bauran pemasaran yang dimiliki oleh suatu usaha jasa dapat menentukan bagaimana usahanya dapat bersaing dengan para pesaingnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bauran pemasaran jasa di Klinik Mulia Klaten. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan pada bagian pemasaran Klinik Mulia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk pelayanan kesehatan Klinik Mulia masih standar, harga terjangkau, lokasi strategis, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, sebagian besar promosi masih dilakukan secara konvensional, terdapat beberapa fasilitas yang belum lengkap dan modern serta proses aktivitas sehari-hari. di klinik Mulia masih dilakukan secara manual. Saran dari peneliti klinis Mulia sebaiknya lebih agresif dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi dan kolaborasi.Kata Kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Kualitatif, Klinik, Promosi, Kerja Sama
