Abstract

Abstract Among the most important things in the educational process is learning. It also plays an important role in maintaining the nation in the midst of increasingly fierce competition among other nations who advance first because of learning. Therefore, this research will discuss comparative learning from the point of view of two popular figures in the world of education, especially in learning problems. The research objective here is to describe the concept of learning in the perspective of Shaykh Al-Utsaimin and Jean Piaget. This study activity is included in the category of qualitative research in which this type of research is library research, namely research which main object is books or related literary sources. The method of analysis of this research uses the Comparative Method, which is intended to explain the relationship of two phenomena or systems of thought. From this study, the authors concluded that the results of the comparison of learning concepts from the two figures were complementary to one another. Shaykh al-Utsaimin views that learning is a process of seeking knowledge, in which the knowledge referred to prioritizes knowledge that comes from the creator of the universe, conveyed by God's messengers. Then, Piaget argued that the concept of learning is an act of forming knowledge, as well as activities within oneself that cannot be observed directly. As for its implementation in learning Islamic Religious Education, one of which is by teaching knowledge gradually and little by little. The point is that if students have mastered a science (initial material), then they are given other knowledge (new material or advanced material).

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Kemudahan, Keamanan dan Persepsi manfaat secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan fasilitas layanan mobile banking pada nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Klampis Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui data primer atau melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada nasabah, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Klampis Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberipeluang/kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel.Sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Hasil Penelitian DariBerdasarkan ianalisis iRegresi iLinier iBerganda ididapatkan inilai ikoefisien ikemudahan i(X1) isebesar i0.469 imenunjukkan ibahwa ivariabel ikemudahan i(X1) iberpengaruh ipositif iterhadap iminat imenggunakan, inilai ikoefisien ikeamanan i(X2) isebesar i0.391 imenunjukkan ibahwa ivariabel ikeamanan i(X2) iberpengaruh ipositif iterhadap iminat imenggunaka, idan inilai ikoefisien ipersepsi imanfaat i(X3) isebesar i0.245 imenunjukkan ibahwa ivariabel ipersepsi imanfaat i(X3) iberpengaruh ipositif iterhadap iminat imenggunakan. iMaka idapat idisimpulkan ibahwa ikemudahan, ikeamanan idan imanfaat isangat iberpengaruh iterhadap iminat imenggunakan imobile ibanking iuntuk inasabah iBank iSyariah iMandiri idi iSurabaya. Kata Kunci: Mobile Banking, Kemudahan, Keamanan, Persepsi Manfaat, Minat.

Abstract

Abstrak Bank Muamalat KC Darmo dalam pengelolaan dana sosial islam (ZISWAF) hanya sebagai jembatan penghubung antara muzakkin dengan mustahik (intermediary) untuk menjalankan kewajiban fungsi sosialnya. Dana sosial islam (ZISWAF) pada Bank Muamalat KC Darmo bersumber dari karyawan dan nasabah Bank Muamalat KC Darmo. Dari hasil dana yang terkumpul maka Bank Muamalat KC Darmo akan menyalurkan dana sosial tersebut secara keseluruhan untuk dikelola dan di distribusikan oleh LAZNAS Baitulmaal Muamalat yang merupakan anak perusahaan Bank Muamalat Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS), maupun wakaf.Implementasi dalam pengelolaan dana sosial islam (ZISWAF), Bank Muamalat KC Darmo menggunakan pola koservatif yaitu mencapai tingkat profitabilitas yang cukup dan tingkat risiko yang rendah dan mempertahankan kepercayaan masyarakat dengan menjaga agar posisi likuiditas tetap aman.Bank Muamalat diwajibkan menjalankan fungsi menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana sosial dalam bentuk Baitulmaal Muamalat yaitu menerima dana dari masyarakat yang berasal dari dana zakat, infak, sedekah, dan wakaf, seperti yang terlampir dalam UU RI No. 21 Tahun 2008 Tentang Perbankan Syariah. Sedangkan peran Bank Muamalat dalam membantu kesejahteraan sosial islam sudah sesuai dengan UU No. 23 Tahun 2011 Tentang Pengelolaan ZIS yang terdapat pada Pasal 2 dan 3.Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bank Muamalat Indonesia memberikan kepercayaan kepada BMM untuk mengelola dana sosial islam (ZISWAF). Dalam pengelolaan dana sosial islam (ZISWAF) ini harus ditingkatkan semaksimal mungkin, agar tingkat kemiskinan bisa terentaskan serta mewujudkan fungsi sosial Bank Muamalat yang maksimal. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Dana Sosial, ZISWAF,Bank Syariah, Bank Muamalat.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the role of Islamic leadership style in improving the work ethic of employees of a company. Where leadership style is a very big determinant of the performance of a company. If the company has a leadership style that upholds morality and religion and is relevant to the times, it will improve a good work ethic and be able to utilize human resources wisely. The main problem that will be discussed in this study is the influence of Islamic leadership style on the work ethic of the employees at Muamalat Bank BO. Darmo Surabaya.
