Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the ethnomathematics in the traditional house of Tago,o Village, North Wewewa District and the introduction in learning at SMA Negeri 1 North Wewewa. The type of research used is qualitative and exploratory research. The research subjects of the traditional house of Kampung Tago,o are traditional leaders, hosts and traditional house makers of Kampung Tago,o. The data collection method used is through observation, interviews, and documentation while the data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The type of research used is qualitative and exploratory. The results of the research found in the traditional house of the tago village, namely: trapezium on the front view of the traditional house tower, triangular shape looking from the side of the traditional house, karaga umma intersecting lines, the corner of the traditional house has wood arranged in a horizontal line and intersecting lines, then on the pole of the traditional house in the form of vertical lines and perpendicular lines, block shape in the uma dana section (food storage), rectangular shape in the halls of traditional houses, square shape on the left baga (seat in the traditional house), square shape on the window and body of the house, rectangular shape on the door of the traditional house, rectangular shape on the bali tonga, rectangular shape on the lekki, circular shape on the four pillars of the traditional house (labe), circular shape on the gong, tube shape on the mbamba or drum, ball shape on the padalu tanah, tube shape on the bedu or drum, ball shape on the padalu tanah. pointed angle shape on the traditional house, rectangular shape on the fire bali, square shape on the rabuka (cooking place), rectangular shape on the kerepadalu, rectangular shape on the door under the house, square shape under the house where the pets are.
