Abstract

STMIK El Rahma Yogyakarta memiliki Siakad (Sistem Informasi Akademik) yang berfungsi untuk memberikan informasi akademik kepada mahasiswa/mahasiswi mengenai hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan STMIK El Rahma, dan selama digunakan belum diketahui bagaimana pendapat dari pengguna siakad tersebut, aapakah siakad tersebut dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pencarian informasi akademik, dan seberapa tinggi tingkat kepuasan pengguna website terhadap kinerja yang diberikan. Kualitas siakad merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam manajemen informasi di perguruan tinggi untuk itu penelitian ini dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), metode ini dipilih karena merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan yang membandingkan antara harapan dan kenyataan dari sistem informasi. EUCS dikembangkan oleh Doll dan Torkzadeh (1998) yang terdiri dari 5 komponen yaitu, isi (content), akurasi (accuracy), bentuk (format), kemudahan pengguna (easy of use), ketepatan waktu (timelines). Hasil dari penelitian setelah melakukan uji outer model, inner model lalu dilanjutkan uji IPA dengan membuat diagram cartesius, maka diketahui posisi siakad berada pada Kuadran III yaitu harapan rendah dan kinerja rendah. Kesimpulan nya pihak pengelola Siakad masih harus mengembangkan siakad tersebut agar dapat memenuhi harapan para pengguna

Abstract

The process of evaluating employee performance at Hotel Jogja until now has been carried out subjectively without variables and standard assessment methods and has not used a computerized system resulting in non-objective assessments and the results of the assessment do not reflect the routine performance of employees because the assessment has been affected by bias from the supervisor as the appraiser due to the absence fixed variable standard in performance evaluation. The method that will be used to analyze and calculate in this system is the Simple Additive Weighting method with 6 criteria for assessing attendance, time discipline, work quality, cooperation, attitude or ethics, and attention to guests. This system will be web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database as a means of data storage. This system generates a list of performance appraisals from the specified alternatives. The final result of the Simple Additive Weighting method is the best alternative choice for the performance of Hotel Jogja Inn employees.

Abstract

Searching for the right editor in the Editor Education Forum needs the right analysis so the editor's selection really fits the criteria that later can publish good quality books. Therefore, determining the editor for book editors requires a structured and systematic procedure that can be accounted for, namely through selection. This research was conducted to find a solution that can help the manager in selecting a prospective language editor. The method used to select prospective editors is using the TOPSIS method. This method is one method of decision making that is widely used to select practical decision making. TOPSIS has a concept where the chosen alternative is the best alternative that has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. With the Application of Support Systems this decision can help and facilitate the manager to select prospective editors who are in accordance with their respective fields. The final result of the calculation on the decision support system application is displaying ranking as a reference in giving a decision.
