Abstract

This study entitled Quality of Health Services at the Muara Tiga Village Health Center, Mulak Ulu District, Lahat District. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of health services at the Muara Tiga Village Health Center, Mulak Ulu District, Lahat Regency referring to Zeithaml's theory in Ratminto and Winarsih (2005:175-176), which states that to evaluate the quality of public services, people generally use five ( 5) dimensions, namely reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), empathy (empathy), and tangible (physical evidence). This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type with inductive data analysis and uses research informants consisting of functional officials assigned to provide services at the Muara Tiga Village Health Center; administrative staff at the Muara Tiga Village Health Center; and community users of health services at the Muara Tiga Village Health Center as primary data sources. The technique used by researchers is descriptive data analysis, with the results of the study showing that: (1) The quality of health services at the Muara Tiga Village Health Center seen from the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence is under community expectations.

Abstract

This study discusses the Policy Implementation of the 2021 Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program in Pajar Bulan Village, Tanjung Sakti District, PUMI, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. This study aims to describe the implementation of the BLT and Village Fund program policies and analyze the factors that support and hinder the successful implementation of the BLT program in 2021 in Pajar Bulan Village, Tanjung Sakti District, PUMI, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. Research using qualitative methods. The implementation of the program runs well, orderly, smoothly, and safely. Field implementation took the form of program socialization, data verification, distribution of cards, disbursement of funds, and preparation of reports. The implementation of the BLT-Village Fund policy in Pajar Bulan Village, Tanjung Sakti District, PUMI has covered the target group, in this case, poor families. Factors supporting the implementation of the BLT-Village Fund policy in Pajar Bulan Village, Tanjung Sakti Subdistrict, PUMI are the existence of complete and accurate data on prospective beneficiaries and the existence of uncomplicated and straightforward rules and procedures for distributing BLT-Village Funds. The inhibiting factors for implementing the policy were the dishonest character and characteristics of the village apparatus as implementers of the policy and the lack of available funds, so they had to propose again to the Regent. With the BLT-Village Fund policy in Pajar Bulan Village, Tanjung Sakti District, PUMI is expected to ease the burden on the lives of poor families as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

School cooperatives are meant to support school learning for instant kinds of activities. The meaning is achieving the level of economic needs among students and increasing a sense of responsibility, discipline, loyal friends, and the democratic spirit of students which is very useful for the development of the nation and the country. The financial report for Sundjaja and Barlian said that the report presented the results of the accounting process used as a means of communication by some parties. This person is the person who manages and has an interest in financial information or industrial activities. Financial Statement Analysis is the tools and methods used in carrying out financial report analysis that have a universal purpose and relate to data and are closely related to making estimates as well as conclusions as well as benefits in the analysis. business. Financial Statement Analysis which is also used in this research includes the ratio analysis procedure, namely the Solvency Ratio. This researcher uses a quantitative research method, which is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, the sampling technique is tried randomly, not only that use research instruments as a means of collecting information, otherwise the analysis of data is statistically quantitative to test established hypotheses. The illustration from this research is the East Merapi 1 Public High School cooperative. The final result obtained from this research is that the school cooperative at SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Timur is liquid because there are no loans to other parties from outside and there is no establishment of business units for buying and selling school equipment but only engaged in the savings and loan business unit, still quite solvable because it is only engaged in one area of work, namely savings and loans, it has not yet made a profit because there are still a lot of funds that are still in the hands of its members and its activities are quite good because these funds continue to flow from other members to other members.
