<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Lengkiti, Ogan Komering Ulu, Sumatera Selatan. Adapun pelayanan yang diberikan yaitu administrasi kependudukan dan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pemerintahan ditingkat Kecamatan. Namun masih terdapat beberapa keluhan yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat antara lain yaitu birokrasi yang berbelit-belit, informasi yang diberikan petugas sulit dipahami masyrakat, dan petugas sering datang terlambat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan 86 kuesioner dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tingkat kesesuaian antara tingkat ekspektasi dan persepsi yang kemudian dilakukan plotting dengan menggunakan diagram kartesius. Dari hasil perhitungan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) memiliki nilai tingkat kesesuaian 91% dan pada diagram kartesius dari 25 atribut, terdapat 8 atribut yang memerlukan perbaikan dan peningkatan yaitu atribut nomor 2,7,9,12,15,16,18,21. Akan tetapi perlu adanya perbaikan di beberapa atribut pernyataan karena dirasa masih terdapat kekurangan terutama penyampaian informasi lebih mudah dipahami dan adanya standar pelayanan yang baik. This study was aimed to determine the level of community satisfaction in Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu, South Sumatra. The services provided are population administration and others related to the Government at the sub-district level. However, there are still some complaints that are felt by the community. These complaints include convoluted bureaucracy, information provided by officials is difficult for the public to understand, and officers often arrive late. This research was conducted by distributing 86 questionnaires and calculations were carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method aims to determine the value of the level of concordance between the level of expectations and perceptions which is then plotted using a Cartesian diagram. From the results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) calculation, it has a suitability level of 91% and on the Cartesian diagram of 25 attributes, there are 8 attributes that require repair and improvement, namely attribute numbers 2,7,9,12,15,16,18,21. However, it is necessary to improve some of the statement attributes because it is felt that there are still shortcomings, especially in conveying information that is easier to understand and there is a good service standard.]]>
