Abstract

Toddlers aged 1-5 years (preschool age) is the age in the life cycle where growth is not as fast as in infancy, but many activities, a defining period in growth and development, which will be the basis for the formation of whole people. This study aims to determine the acceptability of fish formula foods and green bean formulas in underfive toddlers in the working area of the health center kalumata Ternate city. The research design used was quasi-experimental. The number of samples was 22 under-five children under five. The results of this study indicate that the highest category of acceptance of good fish formula food as many as 9 respondents (81.8%), less good as 2 respondents (18.2%), while good mung bean formula food as many as 10 respondents (90.9% ), less than 1 respondent (9.1%). Thus it is concluded that most toddlers can receive well the fish formula and green bean formula. This formula can be given as an additional food to overcome and prevent malnutrition.Keywords: Acceptance, Fish, Green Bean, Nutrition,Toddler

Abstract

Abstract : Dyspepsia is a collection of complaints / clinical symptoms consist of pain in the upper abdomen persistent or relapsing. In 2004, dyspepsia ranks 15th on the list of 50 diseases with the highest hospitalization respondents in Indonesia with a proportion of 1.3% and ranks 35th of the 50 leading causes of death. From the research, it was found that of the 171 public hospitals in Indonesia, there are 40% of respondents stated that the food provided does not meet the nutritional adequacy. Other studies mention of 10 Hospitals in Jakarta, as many as 797 respondents (43%) stated that the quality of food served poorly. Based on research conducted at the General Hospital of dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate In 2010, the prevalence of dyspepsia incidence rate for inpatient 512 respondents (11%), outpatient 571 respondents (12.27%). While in 2011 the rate of prevalence of dyspepsia to hospitalization 752 respondents (18%) and outpatient 961 respondents (23%). This type of research is penilitian deskiptif corelational analytic approach to study and look at the relationship between diet and nutritional status of compliance. This research was conducted in respondents Dyspepsia in hospital outpatient dr.H.Chasan Boesoirie Ternate for 3 months, ie from July to September 2013. The population in this study were all respondents in the hospital outpatient dyspepsia. dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate. (100%) of the respondents of people with dyspepsia do not adhere to the recommended diet. Most respondents of people with dyspepsia have a normal nutritional satus based (IMT) (55.6%). There is a significant association between diet and nutritional status of compliance with rhit value 0.518> 0.38 rtabel singnifikan at the level of 0.001 <0.5.

Abstract

Abstract : Ikan merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan yang mempunyai sifat mudah mengalami kerusakan (perisable), karena kandungan zat gizi seperti protein (18-30%) dan air yang cukup tinggi (70-80%) dimana merupakan media yang baik bagi perkembangan bakteri pembusuk maka ikan perlu dilakukan penanganan.Pengawetan ikan dengan cara pengasapan dapat mengurangi pertumbuhan bakteri. Beberapa bakteri yang dapat menyebabkan keracunan dan dicurigaiterdapat pada ikan asap antara lain bakteri Escherichia coli (E.coli) dan Vibriosp.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bakteri E.colidan VibrioSppada ikan asap diKota Ternate. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan Deskiptif dengan pendekatancross sectional.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang yang menjual ikan asap di Kota Ternate.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ikan asap yang di jual di Kota Ternate yang bersumber dari Kota Ternate, Kota Tidore dan Halmahera Selatan sebanyak 10 sampe dengan teknik Simple RandomSampling. .Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa,sebanyak 6 sampel (60/%) dinyatakan negatif mengandung E.coli dengan angka paling memungkinkan (APM/g) <3. Berdasarkan sumber sampel S1, S4, S6, S9 berasal dari Kota Ternate, sedangkan Sampel S5 dan Sampel S7 berasal dari Kota Tidore dan Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan. 4 sampel (40%) positif mengandung E.colidengan angka paling memungkinkan (APM) bervariasi yaitu sampel S2 dengan APM 240/gram, sampel S3 dengan APM 150/gram, sampel S8 dengan APM 1100/gram dan sampel S10 dengan APM 43/gram. Sedangkan untuk uji VibrioSpseluruh sampel(100%)tidak mengandung bakteri VibrioSp. Disimpulkan bahwa6 sampel dinyatakan negatif mengandung E.coli, 4 sampel positif mengandung E.coli dan seluruh sampel tidak mengandung bakteri VibrioSp.
