Abstract

Pada masa sekarang ini Indonesia sedang menghadapi era globalisasi, dimana teknologi sedang berkembang dengan pesat, begitupun perkembangan dengan dunia usaha saat ini sangat pesat. Setiap perusahaan maupun industri rumahan harus mampu bersaing demi bisa tetap bertahan, maka perusahaan harus memiliki daya saing jangka panjang maupun daya saing jangka pendek atas produk-produk yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penentuan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode variable costing dan metode full costing, menentukan harga jual agar tidak terlalu tinggi dan tidak terlalu rendah, mengetahui apakah konsumen lebih memilih harga ataukah kualitas produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengamatan ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, dimana subjek / informannya adalah pemilik dan pelanggan, observasi dan dokumentasi pada pemilik toko Three Star’s. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dengan adanya ke dua metode tersebut maka peneliti dapat menyarankan kepada pemilik dalam menghitung harga pokok produk untuk lebih menggunakan metode variable costing dari pada menggunakan metode full costing, karena dari hasil data bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode variable costing lebih rendah dibanding menggunakan metode full costing. Dan dengan menggunakan variable costing harga jual lebih rendah dibanding dengan metode full costing. Banyak para pelanggan yang lebih mementingkan kualitas produk dibandingkan dengan harga produk, karena dengan kualitas produk yang tinggi maka para pelanggan mendapatkan kepuasan yang lebih. Dari pada mereka membeli dengan harga murah tetapi berkali-kali dan mendapatkan kualitas yang rendah.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of transactional leadership, the workplace, and employee compensation on employee happiness in the Indonesian fertilizer business. This study is quantitative in nature, collecting data through the use of questionnaires and supported by secondary sources of information (document). 83 employees made up the sample for this study utilizing the convenience sampling approach. Multiple linear regression is the technique analysis employed. According to the research, compensation, working conditions, and transactional leadership style all have a minimally significant impact on employee happiness. The working atmosphere, salary, and transactional leadership style all have a big impact on employee satisfaction. The working environment is the main influencing factor..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze of education for socialization and understanding of accounting science in business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. The object of research at Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. Population in this study are 8,212 Entrepreneurs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in 2022 in Medan City. Using the slovin formula, the research sample are 100 Entrepreneurs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression using partial test (t). The results of the study show that socialization has a significant effect on business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. Understanding of accounting science has a significant effect on business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City.

Abstract

This scientific article presents a study aimed at addressing unemployment and fostering entrepreneurship by emphasizing the significance of soft skills in the business world. The research focuses on providing high school graduates with training in financial report preparation, aiming to augment their knowledge and insights in this domain. The implementation involves three stages: material delivery, practical exercises in financial reporting, and an evaluation process. The results demonstrate a remarkable enthusiasm among students participating in the training, as it not only enhances their understanding of financial reporting but also provides valuable insights beyond conventional education. This initiative can potentially empower graduates to navigate the world of work and entrepreneurship successfully. Abstract

In the current pandemic period, many people are experiencing an economic downturn, especially in Bangil’s culinary area, so business people must rack their brains on how to keep them selling and promoting their products. The purpose of this research is to find out how effective online sales are through the application and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the application. This Research Uses Interview Method Where The Informants Are Culinary MSME Actors In Bangil Area The Researchers Take Only 7 People. The result of this research is that MSMEs are very helpful in sales and promotion through the application, with the application they can attract more customers, it doesn’t need to spend too expensive promotion costs. By using the application, there are many benefits, although there are some drawbacks, but these weaknesses have no effect on MSMEs. The applications use include Shopee-Food, Grab-Food, Nu-Food and so on.

Abstract

Penjahit Dituntut Untuk Dapat Menjadi Orang Yang Kreatif Dalam Memberikan Referensi Berbagai Macam Model Kepada Pelanggannya, Memberikan Pelayananan Yang Memuaskan, Amanah Dan Bertanggung Jawab. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Dan Menganalisis Pengembangan Kualitas Jahit Pakaian Pada Persaingan Pasar Homogen, Dan Mengetahui Bagaimana Cara Agar Tetap Eksistensi Dalam Bersaing Dengan Para Pesaing Yang Lain. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Metode Wawancara Dimana Para Informan Adalah Pemilik, Kolega Dan Pelanggan. Hasil Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Penjahit Sangat Memperhatikan Kenyamanan Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Barang Yang Dihasilkan, Tepat Waktu Dalam Pengerjaan Dan Harga Yang Sesuai Dengan Kualitas Yang Diberikan. Sehingga Para Pelanggannya Tidak Merasa Kecewa. Dengan Menerapkan Strategi Tersebut Penjahit H.Roni Dapat Bersaing Dengan Penjahit Yang Lainnya. Kesimpulanya Adalah Dengan Menerapkan Semua Strategi Tersebut H.Roni Dapat Tetap Eksistensi Dikalangan Pelanggan Maupun Penjahit Yang Lainnya.

Abstract

Sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis komputer saat ini sedang dikembangkan, karena penggunaannya yang sederhana dan berpotensi meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. PT. Tirtadaya Adi Perkasa juga menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis komputer, namun masih memiliki permasalahan yang terjadi didalamnya, yakni sistem yang ada saat ini belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan piutang pada PT. Tirtadaya Adi Perkasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dokumen, catatan, serta prosedur penjualan dan piutang sejalan dengan penelitian teoritis, namun diketahui bahwa penggunaan komputer masih belum maksimal, tidak adanya flowchart serta masih adanya perangkapan tugas pada beberapa fungsi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan piutang pada PT. Tirtadaya Adi Perkasa masih memiliki beberapa kendala. Untuk mengatasi kendala yang ada, PT. Tirtadaya Adi Perkasa perlu memaksimalkan penggunaan komputer, membuat flowchart, serta mengadakan internal control.
