Abstract

Juvenile delinquency, if defined through the opinions of several psychologists, is simply:all acts that violate the rules, whether legal rules or local customs that apply withincertain areas of society (Karlina, 2020). The number of juvenile delinquents in Indonesia is always increasingamounting to 10.7% and these include cases of theft, murder, promiscuity and drugs (Hardin& Nidia, 2022). The implementation stage was carried out using the Talk-Show method to students regarding problemsjuvenile delinquency and the role of sport/physical activity as an effort to prevent juvenile delinquency. Based on the resultsPre-Post Test of 5 sub-topics covering the definition of adolescence, pre-marital sex, drugs, smoking, and physical activityobtained Pre-Test results, 71.14% of respondents answered correctly, and Post-Test 81.53% of respondents who hadanswered correctly. Through the data that has been mentioned, increasing knowledge regarding juvenile delinquency throughthe Talk-Show method experienced an increase of 10.39%. Efforts to increase knowledge of juvenile delinquencyThrough this Talk-Show method, it is hoped that it will be able to provide broad knowledge to teenagerssignificantly affects development and growth in adolescence both physically and psychologically.And with this socialization, it is hoped that it will be able to provide positive direction for shifting focus todelinquency that occurs in teenagers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan depo medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) merupakan salah jenis KB hormonal suntik 3 bulan yang sering digunakan di Indonesia. Pada Bulan Januari 2023, sebanyak 150 akseptor KB mendapatkan pelayanan kontrasepsi suntik di PMB Viandika Permana Kabupaten Malang. Sebesar 95% persen dari keseluruhan akseptor tersebut mengeluhkan adanya efek samping berupa kenaikan berat badan. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan terkait penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal, penggunaan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang, kebutuhan gizi pada Wanita Usia Subur, serta pentingnya aktivitas fisik melalui kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan dan senam aerobik. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini dengan pengambilan data pengetahuan pre-test dan post-test melalui pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan dan praktik senam aerobik yang dibagi menjadi dua kali pertemuan pada Bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2023. Lokasi yang digunakan yaitu Kantor Desa Karangduren Kabupaten Malang. Hasil evaluasi didapatkan hasil tingkat kehadiran peserta sebesar 83,3 persen dari target sasaran awal dan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 40 persen pada kategori tingkat pengetahuan yang baik setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang kontrasepsi secara umum, KB hormonal dan efek sampingnya, Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang, gizi seimbang dan kebutuhan gizi WUS, dan pentingnya aktivitas fisik pada WUS. Pendidikan kesehatan dan senam aerobik dapat menjadi opsi sebagai upaya preventif dan promotif terkait efek samping peningkatan berat badan pada akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan. Kata Kunci: KB Suntik, Berat Badan, Pendidikan Kesehatan, Senam Aerobik  ABSTRACT The 3-month injectable contraceptive depot medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) is a type of 3-month injectable hormonal birth control that is often used in Indonesia. In January 2023, as many as 150 family planning acceptors received injectable contraceptive services at the Viandika Permana midwife practice, Malang Regency. As many as 95% of all acceptors complained of side effects in the form of weight gain. The aim of implementing this activity is to increase knowledge of 3-month injection contraceptive acceptors regarding the use of hormonal contraception, use of long-term contraceptive methods, nutritional needs for women of childbearing age, as well as the importance of physical activity through health education activities and aerobic exercise. The method used in this activity was collecting pre-test and post-test knowledge data, implementing health education and aerobic exercise practice which was divided into two meetings from July to August 2023. The location used was the Karangduren Village Office, Malang Regency. The evaluation results showed that the participant attendance rate was 83.3 percent of the initial target and there was an increase in knowledge of 40 percent in the good level of knowledge category after being given health education about contraception in general, hormonal birth control and its side effects, long-term contraceptive methods, needs balanced nutrition and the importance of physical activity in women of childbearing age. Health education and aerobic exercise can be options as preventive and promotive efforts related to the side effects of increasing body weight in 3-month contraceptive injection acceptors. Keywords: Injectable Birth Control, Weight Gain, Health Education, Aerobic Exercise
