<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The completeness of medical record files is a reflection of the quality of hospital services. RSD Idaman data shows that the percentage of incomplete medical record files by nurses is 63.89%. This figure still has not reached the set target of 100%. The completeness of filling out medical record files can be influenced by age, gender, length of service and workload. The research aims to explain the factors related to the completeness of filling in medical record files by nurses in the Inpatient Room at RSD Idaman Banjarbaru. Analytical observational research design with a cross sectional design. The research population was all nurses with a sample of 46 people determined using a simple proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was descriptive and statistical using the chi square test and multiple logistic regression test. The results of the chi square test showed that there was a relationship between gender (p=0.029), length of service (p=0.000) and completeness of filling in the medical record file. Keywords: medical records; file; completeness. ABSTRAK Kelengkapan berkas rekam medis merupakan salah satu cerminan dari pelayanan mutu rumah sakit. Data RSD Idaman menunjukkan bahwa ketidaklengkapan pengisian berkas rekam medis oleh perawat dengan persentase sebesar 63,89%. Angka tersebut masih belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan yaitu 100%. Kelengkapan pengisian berkas rekam medis dapat dipengaruhi oleh usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja dan beban kerja. Penelitian bertujuan menjelaskan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelengkapan pengisian berkas rekam medis oleh perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSD Idaman Banjarbaru. Rancangan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perawat dengan sampel sebanyak 46 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik proporsional simpel random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Analisis data secara deksriptif dan statistik dengan menggunakan uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik berganda. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin (p=0,029), masa kerja (p=0,000) dengan kelengkapan pengisian berkas rekam medis.
