Abstract

Website and the development of computer and internet, has big impact in the growth of hostelry business around the world including in Indonesia. Website can be used as a big data storage that efficient, effective, and persistent, which can be useful for hostelry management, like Lembur Pancawati. The use of website also simplify reservation staff at Lembur Pancawati to recording, saving, searching, and reporting guest data, better and faster, if compared with manual system. The use of reservation system based on website also helping the chair of Lembur Pancawati in monitoring and supervising guest data, through on time and detail report with minimal human error. YII framework is one of technology that can be used to make a website. The benefit of using YII framework is the availability of rules to speed up the process of website’s development. With many benefit, the use of reservation system based on website can help management of Lembur Pancawati to manage guest data, that at the end can improve services to guests.  Keywords: web, reservation, framework

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang pesat telah diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan. Salah satu implementasi dari teknologi informasi adalah penggunaan Short Message Service (SMS). SMS dapat digunakan untuk mengendalikan dan memantau akses dari satu atau beberapa komputer yang terhubung dalam sebuah jaringan, termasuk pula untuk menjalankan fungsi shutdown komputer. Informasi umum tentang kondisi komputer dapat dikirimkan melalui SMS gateway, seperti juga akan tampil dalam aplikasi komputer berbasis web yang akan berperan sebagai server. Penerapan sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi bagi pengguna komputer untuk mengendalikan fungsi shutdown dari satu atau beberapa komputer dengan lebih fleksibel. Kata Kunci: pemantauan akses, shutdown, server, SMS Gateway  AbstractThe development of information technology and the telecommunications quite fast. Their implementation has cleared away to many sectors. One of the implementation that very prominent was Short Message Service (SMS). With his superiority, the SMS showed a system that could control and monitor access from an application, including inside the function to shutdown from one or several computers. The computer’s data that used SMS Gateway will send and show in the website, that played a role as server. Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology and telecommunication has speed in many sectors. One of the popular implementation is Short Message Service(SMS) and web. Considering its superiority, we can use SMS tu control access from an application to some devices, like printer. This application was applied by using SMS gateway system. The user as the client will send an SMS command displayed on the computer server connected to the printer. Using this Application will simplify the document printing process as the user can access the printer from remote areas. Literature study was performed to collect the data needed. The design was done by using flowchart and usecase diagram. The testing was done by direct tests to the respondents who already tried the application. Key Word: Printing, Client, Server, SMS Gateway, Web.

Abstract

AbstrakKeberadaan mobile application pada berbagai smartphone, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mempermudah pengguna kendaraan bermotor dalam berkendara, misalnya untuk mengetahui dan menunjukkan lokasi pom bensin terdekat. Dengan memanfaatkan fitur GPS (Global Positioning System) dan koneksi internet yang pada umumnya sudah terintegrasi dalam sebuah smartphone, pengendara bermotor dapat mengetahui lokasi pom bensin di sekitarnya dengan lebih cepat dan mudah. Aplikasi ini dibuat pada platform Android, yang merupakan salah satu platform smartphone yang cukup popular. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah mobile application yang dapat membantu pengendara bermotor untuk mengetahui lokasi dan jalan terdekat menuju pom bensin yang ada di sekitar mereka, sehingga diharapkan dapat meminimalkan resiko kehabisan bahan bakar pada saat berkendara, khususnya di daerah yang masih belum dikenal. Kata Kunci: lokasi, pom bensin, GPS, Android, smartphone  AbstractGas stations are public facilities crucial for motorists. Mobile applications installed in smartphones such as GPS and integrated internet connection can help motorists  find the nearest gas station in a fast and easy way. Mobile application used in this research is based on Android platform considering the android’s popularity. This application can be employed to locate the gas station  around its user’s location and to navigate them to the nearest one. Finding out the nearest location route can minimize the risk of running out of fuel. Users can also maximize the use of smartphone by using this application. A series of steps taken in this research include literature study, observation, flowchart design, Unified Modeling Language (UML), and interface and database design. Abstract

AbstrakProperti merupakan potensi bisnis dan investasi yang baik di Indonesia, khususnya Real Property yang meliputi tanah, rumah, apartemen, prasarana, dan pengembangan lainnya. Namun, masyarakat terkadang kurang memahami bagaimana kriteria properti yang baik, sehingga terjadi banyak kasus penipuan yang disebabkan oleh agen properti gadungan. Beberapa kriteria yang dapat menjadi panduan untuk menentukan layak tidaknya suatu properti adalah legalitas, kondisi fisik, dan kondisi lingkungan. Hadirnya sebuah web yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengambil keputusan apakah properti tersebut layak untuk dibeli, dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi kemungkinan terjadinya penipuan oleh agen yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Aplikasi berbasis web ini hadir dengan mengadaptasi cara kerja agen properti profesional. Aplikasi ini bekerja dengan menerapkan bobot pada setiap kriteria dan subkriteria, serta menghitung bobot akhir dalam penentuan kesimpulan. Pengetahuan dalam aplikasi diperoleh melalui proses wawancara dan studi literatur. Evaluasi terhadap aplikasi dilakukan dengan cara menguji validitas fungsi dan keluaran aplikasi dikonsultasikan dengan pakar, serta penyebaran kuisioner kepada masyarakat. Dari hasil evaluasi didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menentukan kelayakan suatu properti, selain dapat membantu pengguna mendapatkaninformasi mengenai properti dengan adanya fasilitas penjelasan, sehingga diharapkan mampu mengurangi risiko kerugian investasi.Kata kunci: properti, web, bobot, kriteria
