<![CDATA[Background: Covid-19 data at the hospital Pertamina Bintang Amin has 115 cases of covid-19 in 2020 and 695 cases of covid-19 in 2021. Changes in behavior that are aware of health protocols are seen as the main key in fighting the corona virus.Purpose: To Know factors associated with covid-19 prevention behavior in visitors to Pertamina Bintang Amin hospital 2022Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research population was Pertamina Bintang Amin hospital visitors using purposive sampling technique. The research sample is 106 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis used for univariate analysis of frequency distribution, bivariate analysis using chi square test and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression.Results: This study obtained a univariate analysis of variables for adult age (65.1%), high school (74,5%), work (63,2%), high income 2.440,486 (63,2%), good knowledge (55 ,7%), good attitude (61,3%), infrastructure not good (52,8%), the role of health workers is not good (56.6%), covid-19 prevention measures are not good (51.9%) and analysis bivariate p-value variable age (0.424), education (0.014), occupation (0.843), income (0.086), knowledge (0.001), attitude (0.000), facilities and infrastructure (0.012), the role of health workers (0.001) and multivariate factor analysis the most dominant influence is the attitude variable exp value (B) 7.584.Conclusion: There is a relationship between education, knowledge, attitude, facilities and infrastructure, the role of health workers and multivariate factor analysis the most dominant influence is the attitude to covid-19 prevention behavior in visitors to Pertamina Bintang Amin hospital 2022.Suggestions: Health workers are expected to communicate continuously in the form of providing information on covid-19, visitors are expected to build an intelligent attitude in dealing with covid-19 and further researchers are expected to be able to research with strategic communication approach intervention methods on the goal of changing attitudes to prevent covid-19.Keywords: Behavior; Covid-19 Prevention; Hospital; VisitorsPendahuluan: Data covid-19 di RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin terdapat 115 kasus covid-19 pada tahun 2020 dan 695 kasus covid-19 pada tahun 2021. Perubahan perilaku sadar akan protokol kesehatan dipandang sebagai kunci utama dalam memerangi virus corona.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pengunjung rumah sakit terhadap pencegahan covid-19.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian pengunjung rumah sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian 106 responden. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan untuk analisa univariat distribusi frekuensi, analisa bivariat menggunakan uji chi square dan analisa multivariat menggunakan regressi logistic ganda.Hasil: Penelitian ini didapatkan analisa univariat variable umur dewasa (65,1%), pendidikan tinggi >SMA (74,5%), pekerjaan bekerja (72,6%), pendapatan tinggi ≥2.440.486 (63,2%), pengetahuan baik (55,7%), sikap baik (61,3%), sarana prasarana kurang baik (52,8%), peran tenaga kesehatan kurang baik (56,6%), tindakan pencegahan covid-19 kurang baik (51,9%) dan analisa bivariat pvalue variabel umur (0,424), pendidikan (0,014), pekerjaan (0,843), pendapatan (0,086), pengetahuan (0,001), sikap (0,000), sarana dan prasarana (0,012), peran tenaga kesehatan (0,001) dan analisa multivariat faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi adalah variabel sikap nilai exp (B) 7,584.Simpulan: Ada hubungan antara pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap, sarana prasarana, peran tenaga kesehatan dan faktor yang paling dominan adalah sikap terhadap prilaku pencegan covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin.Saran: Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan berkomunikasi yang berkelanjutan berupa pemberian informasi covid-19, bagi pengunjung diharapkan membangun sikap cerdas menghadapi covid-19 dan peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti dengan metode intervensi pendekatan komunikasi strategis pada tujuan perubahan sikap pencegahan covid-19.]]>
