Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the impact of the Kencana-Trosovo industrial area on thesocial, cultural and economic conditions of the Pertapan Maduretno Village community as wellas the obstacles faced in absorbing labor..The residential area of the Kenkana-Trosovo industrial area, especially around the village ofPertapan Maduretno in the area.Kenkana Trosovo Industry.This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze and describe the phenomenonof the impact of the Kenkana-Trosovo industrial area on the economic, social and culturalconditions of society.This research data comes from scientific sources and the data is collected and presented usingwritten text.This research is able to explain the impact of the existence of the Kencana-Trosovo industrialarea on the economic conditions of the local community, namely absorbing more workers, andon the social situation, namely changes in people's livelihoods.local community of farmers, I understand.The industrial and community sectors are supported by the presence of CSR in the form of socialcapital and the cultural context of the Perutapan Maduretno Village community, namelychanges in lifestyle
