Abstract

This study aims to determine what the role of Al-Islam teachers in developing Emotional Intelligence students in SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Paciran Lamongan. The results of this study is expected to help educators to be more wise and know its role in developing students' emotional intelligence. The role of Al-Islam teachers in developing students 'emotional intelligence is that teachers should be able to deliver lessons according to shari'ah, always motivate students, maintain morals and obey rules, cultivate students' sense of concern for the people around them by doing activities such as visit the sick friends, the teacher is able to make the learning atmosphere becomes more fun and easy to understand so that students are motivated to the spirit of learning, the teacher is able to make the students have the ability to understand the surrounding environment in order to be able to interact and socialize and students can control their emotions well. This research is a qualitative research, data collection is done by using the method of observation, interview (interview) and documentation. Data analysis is done by giving meaning to the data collected and from that meaning can be drawn conclusion. Results from the study show. A. Urgency to develop emotional intelligence for the advancement of student education in SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Karangasem Paciran lamongan, which is self-motivation in learning, can relate well with others, and can know the emotions in yourself. B. The role of Al-Islam teachers in developing students' emotional intelligence in SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Karangasem Paciran Lamongan. 1. Convey the teachings in accordance with the Shari'ah, 2. Providing motivation to students, 3. Advising on keeping the morals and obedient to the rules. C. The method applied by Al-Islam teachers in developing students' emotional intelligence in SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Karangasem Paciran Lamongan. 1. Method of Approach, 2. Method of Recitation, 3. Method of class discussion, 4. Method Lecture and question and answer.

Abstract

The backgound of this study is a student moral education in the organization of Muhammadiyah Student Association; what is the problem of this researcher is what the activities of the Muhammadiyah Student Association in MTs. Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro in order to help Muhammadiyah student moral education and how the role of the Muhammadiyah Student Association to student moral education in MTs Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro Lamongan. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of the Muhammadiyaah Student Association at MTs. Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro in order to help Muhammadiyah student moral education and to determine the role of the Muhammadiyah Student Association against student moral education in MTs. Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro Lamongan. The research method used is to use qualitative qualitative approach to be able to know how IPM MTs Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro to guide the method of interaction is now good with high school and community. The data collection method used is observations involved, a semi-structured interview. The results showed that: (1) IPM (Muhammadiyah Student Association) MTs Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro played an important role in student moral education. With this IPM, the lack of good student morals can convert to better, although not 100% but from the results of the guidance and work programs implemented by IPM can condition students for the better than before. (2) There are various types of IPM (Muhammadiyah Student Association) MTs Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro which is related to student moral education. The type of activity is to include Qur’an Guidance, Islamic Studies, Leadership Training, Journalism Training and so on.

Abstract

The researcher is interested in studying more deeply with the object of research all students of class XI mia 3 SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Paciran Lamongan. This researcher covers how active students are in class XI MIA 3, how are the daily test results and is there any effect of active student learning interactions on the results of PAI daily tests at SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Paciran. The research method used is a quantitative method. The research location is in SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Paciran Lamongan. with a research sample of 18 students of class XI MIA 3. data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis of research data regarding the activeness of learning interactions on the learning outcomes of PAI daily test scores for students of class XI MIA 3 SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Paciran Lamongan. The results showed that there was a very significant correlation between student activity in learning and the daily test results of students at SMA MUhammadiyah 6 Krangasem. can be obtained product moment correlation with r count 0.976 > r table 0.46. it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that it can be concluded that student learning activity has a positive and significant influence on the learning outcomes of PAI daily tests for class XI MIA 3 SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Paciran Lamongan.
