Abstract

The purposes of this research are 1) to determine the outcomeof children’s learning development towards the use of beginning calculation concepts using Manbota game tools; 2) to determine the outcome of the children’s development towards the use of beginning calculation concept using number cards game tools; 3) to determine the differences among the result of the study using Manbota and number cards. The research uses the non equivalent control group design. The T test shows that the average percentage of the experimental group 1 changes from 17.75 into 30.55. Meanwhile, the T test shows that the average percentage of the experimental group 2 changes from 19.65 into 22.25. It can be conclude that: 1) the result of children development in beginning reading and writing concept using the Manbota is proven by the experimental class 1 result; 2) the result of children development in beginning reading and writing concept using the Manbota is proven by the experimental class 2; 3) the difference in learning outcomes of the beginning reading and writing concepts using the game Manbota and card numbers is proven through the results of the smaller experimental group increase compared to the experimental group 1. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk video media pembelajaran interaktif berlatar belakang budaya Jawa yang layak dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesantunan bahasa peserta didik PAUD Pelangi Nusantara 5, Gedanganak, Kecamatan Ungaran, Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan langkah pengembangan (Research Development). Design pengembangan ini meliputi 8 langkah yaitu, Analisis, Perancangan Desain, Implementasi, Pengujian, Validasi Ahli, Revisi, Perbaikan Media, dan Produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, video media pembelajaran interaktif yang berlatar belakang budaya Jawa ini telah divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil kelayakan media video pada uji coba media video diperoleh hasil dengan presentase 92,5% dengan kategori baik sedangkan nilai Uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh hasil, nilai mean sebelum menggunakan media 50,2% dan nilai sesudah menggunakan media 79,1%, sehingga ada peningkatan 28,9% berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum menggunakan media video pembelajaran dan sesudah menggunakan media video pembelajaran. Rata-rata perbedaan (sesudah-sebelum) 28,9%berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video pembelajaran interaktif bermuatan Budaya Jawa ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesantunan bahasa anak usia dini.

Abstract

Abstract: Effectiveness of the Use of Big book Literacy Media on Beginning Reading Skills of Grade 1 Students in Elementary Schools. The purpose of this study is to prove the effectiveness of Big book literacy on the beginning reading skills of grade 1 elementary school students. This type of research is research. Data collection techniques with observation, preliminary reading skills tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used consisted of two, namely: descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Paired sample t-test results showed a significance ???????? was accepted. T test results show the average learning value of the experimental class is higher than the average value of learning control class, then ???????? is accepted. Regression test results indicate that the significance value of reading skills the initial value of 0.090 where this value is more than 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. The data on the initial reading skills also shows that the mastery learning of the experimental class is greater than the control class.The results of the analysis of the data indicate that the big book literacy media is effective in improving the initial reading skills 1st grade students of elementary school.Keywords: Big book, literacy, read the beginning Abstrak: Efektivitas Penggunaan Media Big book Literasi terhadap Keterampilan Membaca Permulaan Siswa Kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan keefektifan penggunaan media Big book literasi terhadap keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekperimen Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes keterampilan membaca permulaan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas dua, yaitu: analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil uji paired sampel t-test menunjukkan taraf signifikansi ???????? diterima. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai pembelajaran kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata nilai pembelajaran kelas kontrol, maka ???????? diterima. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi keterampilan membaca permulaan sebesar 0,090 dimana nilai ini lebih dari 0,05, maka hipotesis diterima. Data nilai keterampilan membaca permulaan juga menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar kelas eksperimen lebih besar daripada kelas kontrol. Hasil analsisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media big book literasi efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar.Kata Kunci: Big book, Literasi, Membaca Permulaan

Abstract

This study explores teachers' professional role in improving children's fine motor skills through finger painting activities at RA Islam Irmassss. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to deeply understand this phenomenon. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation of teachers and children involved in finger painting activities. The results showed that teachers have an important role in developing children's fine motor skills through finger painting, acting as facilitators, models, and mentors. Children show active participation and positive response to this activity. Teachers use a variety of creative teaching strategies to facilitate meaningful learning experiences for children. The implications of this study for educational practice include the improvement of teachers' teaching strategies in finger painting activities and their relevance to the early childhood education curriculum. The results of this study highlight the important role of teachers in supporting children's fine motor development and contribute to the development of more effective educational practices in early childhood education settings. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between welfare and performance of early childhood education teachers. It employs a qualitative approach, allowing for an in-depth understanding of teachers' experiences and perceptions regarding welfare and its influence on their performance. Research participants consist of teachers teaching at TK Ar Rahman Tasikmadu, Karanganyar, selected through purposive sampling techniques to obtain variations in their experiences and perspectives. Data are collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, focusing on the aspects of welfare they experience in the workplace and their perceptions of performance as a result of welfare. Data analysis utilizes a thematic analysis approach to identify thematic patterns in the interviews and understand the relationship between welfare and teacher performance. The results of this research indicate that teacher certification serves as an indicator of teacher welfare to enhance their performance in schools. This study provides a better understanding of how teacher welfare affects their performance at TK Ar Rahman Tasikmadu and offers insights for the development of policies and human resource management practices that support welfare and performance of teachers in early childhood education institutions. Abstract

This research explores the role of digital technology, critical education, and the practice of professionalism of grade 3 teachers in the digital era, focusing on the context of SD Djamaatul Ichwan Surakarta. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with grade 3 teachers and observation of learning activities. The results showed that digital technology positively impacts student learning, but needs teacher supervision so that students are not exposed to negative content. Critical education is integrated in the curriculum with diverse approaches, creating a holistic learning environment. Challenges in implementing critical education were identified, requiring teacher awareness in the presentation of materials. School institutions provide physical support and regular training. Integrating technology and critical education creates a learning environment supporting the development of students' critical skills. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of education in the digital era. Keywords: Critical Education, Teacher Professionalism, Primary School
