<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between digital literacy and 21st century teacher digital competence in Vocational School, Surakarta. This type of research is a survey with a correlational quantitative research approach. The population in this study were 219 teachers of Surakarta City Vocational School. Samples were taken by proportional stratified random sampling of 142 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Validity test uses content validity. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis and correlation. The results showed that digital literacy has a positive and significant correlation with teacher digital competence. This is evidenced by the acquisition of: (1) a correlation coefficient of 0.757 and a significance value of 0.000. (2) The regression model Y = -6,832 + 1,173X, Fcount = 187,699 with a significance of 0,000. (3) The coefficient of determination (R2) is 57.3%. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SMK Negeri Kota Surakarta yang berjumlah 219 guru. Sampel diambil secara proportional stratified random sampling sebanyak 142 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas menggunakan validitas isi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan teacher digital competence. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan : (1) koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,757 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (2) Model regresi Y = -6,832 + 1,173X, Fhitung = 187,699 dengan signifikansi 0,000.
