Abstract

This research aims to know the analysis of the urgency and contribution of the study on Asbabun Nuzul in understanding the Quran. Asbabun Nuzul, or the reasons for the revelation of the verses of the Quran, plays a crucial role in the context of interpreting and understanding the sacred verses. The research employs the method of literature or library research, conducted by gathering information from existing sources such as books, journals, articles, and other publications related to the research topic. In this study, the author explores how understanding the historical and situational context of the verses of the Quran can enrich interpretation and its application in daily life. Through an analytical approach, the author highlights the urgency of studying Asbabun Nuzul to avoid errors and misunderstandings in interpreting the verses of the Quran. Based on the research findings, it is revealed that understanding Asbabun Nuzul is essential for comprehending the verses and avoiding misinterpretations. It helps to specify laws based on the reasons for revelation and provides clarity to the verses. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more holistic and contextual methods of interpreting the Quran, enriching the understanding of the Muslim community towards the Quran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komponen utama kurikulum pendidikan Islam di pesantren. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dengan mencari dan menganalisis berbagai sumber terkait, termasuk artikel, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah lainnya. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kurikulum pesantren terdiri dari beberapa komponen utama yang berkaitan. Pertama, komponen keagamaan, mencakup pengajaran Al-Qur'an, Hadis, Fiqih, dan Aqidah, memberikan pemahaman mendalam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kedua, komponen akademik melibatkan mata pelajaran umum yang diintegrasikan dengan pendekatan Islam, memberikan wawasan holistik. Ketiga, komponen akhlak dan moralitas membentuk karakter santri melalui pengajaran etika, moralitas, dan nilai-nilai Islam dalam aktivitas dan praktik sehari-hari. Keempat, metode pengajaran tradisional seperti sorogan dan pengajian kitab kuning menjadi komponen vital dalam memastikan pemahaman mendalam dan internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam. Kelima, komponen evaluasi dan asesmen digunakan untuk mengukur pemahaman dan kemajuan santri dalam berbagai aspek pembelajaran. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya integrasi holistik dalam kurikulum pesantren untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam yang komprehensif. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum, Pendidikan Islam, Pesantren, Karakter   Abstract This research aims to analyze the main components of the Islamic education curriculum in pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). The research method employed is a literature review, involving the search and analysis of various related sources, including articles, journals, and other scholarly works. The research findings reveal that the pesantren curriculum consists of several interconnected main components. First, the religious component encompasses the teaching of the Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh, and Aqidah, providing a profound understanding for application in daily life. Second, the academic component involves general subjects integrated with Islamic approaches, offering a holistic perspective. Third, the moral and ethical component shapes the character of the students through the teaching of ethics, morality, and Islamic values in daily activities and practices. Fourth, traditional teaching methods like sorogan and the study of yellow books are vital components to ensure a deep understanding and internalization of Islamic values. Fifth, evaluation and assessment components are utilized to measure the students' understanding and progress in various learning aspects. Keywords: Curriculum, Islamic Education, Pesantren, Character
