Abstract

Bullying is an act that often occurs in the school environment, which gives rise to conflict between students, thereby reducing students' sense of tolerance. This research aims to find out how citizenship education is implemented towards an attitude of tolerance through learning citizenship education at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan in Class VIII- A. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sample in this research was 30 students in class VIII- A at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The data collection techniques used were interviews, giving questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research show that class VIII- A students at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan still often carry out body shaming bullying by saying their friends are fat which results in fights and saying bad words.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how legislative science contributes to the formation of legislative regulations in Indonesia, what factors influence the quality of legislative regulations in Indonesia, and how the application of legislative science can improve the quality of existing legislative regulations. . Forming laws is an integral part of the task of managing a society consisting of a group of human individuals who have various aspects of life. Therefore, designing and drafting laws that can be accepted by society is a complicated task. The method the author used in this research is a qualitative method using library research, namely conducting research by collecting information from books and journals.

Abstract

The word article is a written work that discusses an issue in such a way that it becomes the main topic. In general, the purpose of writing articles is to educate, influence, persuade, inform and entertain and publish them both in print and online media. So a scientific article is a piece of writing that contains the thoughts, concepts and thoughts of a person or group of people through field and non-research (conceptual) processes which are put into written form and the mechanisms for making them through a systematic structure, methods and certain rules so that their truth can be tested. Research methods are scientific methods used to obtain data for a specific purpose. In this research, the method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of analysis to obtain and answer the various problems being studied. Researchers use the library study method, this method is a technique for collecting reference data sources by reviewing data from literature, scientific journals, books, scientific articles through digital sources that are related to the problems raised in this research.
