Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kendala guru dalam penggunaan alat permainan edukatif indoor di PAUD Se-Kecamatan Kaur Selatan Kabupaten Kaur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskritif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di PAUD Se-Kecamatan Kaur Selatan Kabupaten Kaur dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 28 orang guru kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling total. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala guru dalam penggunaan alat permainan edukatif indoor berkategori tinggi, artinya guru di PAUD Se-Kecamatan Kaur Selatan Kabupaten Kaur kerap mengalami kendala dalam penggunaan alat permainan edukatif indoor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disarankan kepada guru untuk lebih menguasai keterampilan dalam menggunakan alat permainan edukatif indoor dan untuk pihak sekolah agar mengikutsertakan guru dalam pelatihan, seminar mengenai alat permainan edukatif indoor untuk menambah wawasan guru agar guru dalam penggunaan alat permainan edukatif indoor  tidak mengalami kendala.Kata Kunci: Kendala Guru, Penggunaan Alat Permainan Edukatif IndoorAbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the constraints of teachers in using the indoor educational game instruments in Early Childhood Education in South Kaur District, Kaur Regency. The type of study was descriptive quantitative using the survey approach. The population and sample in this study were PAUD teachers in South Kaur District, Kaur Regency for 28 teachers. The sampling technique used  sampling total. The data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis techniques used the percentage formula. The result of this study showed that the constraints of teachers in using the indoor educational game instruments were categorized as high. It implied that teachers often found the constraints in using the indoor educational game instruments, furthermore, it was recommended for teachers to better master indoor skills. Meanwhile, involving teachers in seminars for the indoor educational game instruments was to improve insight so that the use of indoor educational game instruments did not find the constraints in the learning process.Keywords: Teacher’s Constraints, Use of Indoor Educational Game Instrument
