Abstract

Abstract :The aim of this research is to develop a model of exercise of pliometrik three-point shoot using the stimulation of Brakhialis Plexus for high school students joining extracurricular in Smart School Brawijaya Malang. Based on 10 measures of research and development by Borg and Gall, this study used 7 steps adapting the characteristics and conditions that will be examined. The average percentage of the validity of the tryout results 82%, small group and large group trial of 85.8%. After the final revision stage, this study resulted 6 model exercises for three shots.Key words :Drills, soccer, passing, dribbling, controlling.Abstrak :Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan latihan pliometrik three-point shoot bolabasket menggunakan stimulasi Plek sus Brak hialis pada siswa eks-trakurikuler bolabasket SMA Brawijaya Smart School Malang. Berdasarkan 10 langkah penelitian dan pengembangan oleh Borg & Gall, peneliti menggunakan 7 langkah dise-suaikan karakteristik dan kondisi yang akan diteliti. Rata-rata persentase validitas dari hasiluji coba kelompok kecil 82%, dan ujicoba kelompok besar 85,8%. Setelah tahap revisi akhir, diperoleh 6 model latihan untuk tembakan tiga angka.Kata kunci :pengembangan,  latihan pliometrik, three point-shoot, plek sus brak hialis.
