<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaturan hukum terhadap Perlindungan Justice Collaborator dalam perkara Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Tipe penelitian ini adalah normatif. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: 1). Perlindungan terhadap Justice Collaborator atau saksi pelaku yang bekerjasama dalam peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia, dari sejumlah peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada hanya Undang-Undang No. 31 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2006 tentang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban yang benar-benar mengatur perlindungan terhadap Justice Collaborator atau pelaku yang bekerjasama (dalam Tindak Pidana Korupsi) secara eksplisit. 2). Faktor yang mempengaruhi perlindungan terhadap Justice Collaborator atau saksi pelaku yang bekerjasama yaitu: Faktor kesediaan mengungkap kejahatan, faktor kualitas kesaksian yang diberikan, dan faktor konsistensi kesaksian yang telah diberikan. Diantara faktor-faktor tersebut, yang paling berpengaruh adalah faktor konsistensi kesaksian yang telah diberikan. Hal ini disebabkan Justice Collaborator atau saksi pelaku yang bekerjasama seringkali mengubah-ubah kesaksiannya ditingkat persidangan dan oleh hakim hal itu dinilai sebagai suatu kesaksian yang tidak konsisten (inkonsistensi). The research objective is to analyze the legal arrangements for Justice Collaborator Protection in Corruption Crime Cases. This type of research is normative. The author's research results found that: 1). Protection for Justice Collaborators or witness perpetrators who cooperate in laws and regulations in Indonesia, from several existing laws and regulations, only Law no. 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law no. 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims which regulates the protection of Justice Collaborators or perpetrators who collaborate (in Corruption Crimes) explicitly. 2). Factors that influence the protection of Justice Collaborators or cooperating witnesses are The willingness to reveal the crime, the quality of the testimony given, and the consistency of the testimony given. Among these factors, the most influential is the consistency of the testimony that has been given. This is because Justice Collaborators or perpetrator witnesses who collaborate often change their testimony at trial level and the judge considers this to be inconsistent testimony (inconsistency).]]>
