Abstract

The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The data collection techniques carried out in this research are as follows: (1) Observation (Observation documentation and traiangulation. Results of research on the recruitment process of new members. In this research the researcher used a type of field research (field research). ), namely direct research in the field or respondents. This field research is enriched with literature data which really takes into account the right time when recruiting activities for new members is carried out. This is proven by the fact that recruitment is carried out only once a year, namely at the time of accepting new students and increasing number of successful members. filtered so that the increase in the number of cadres successfully recruited was very significant compared to previous years.
