Abstract

Abstract: The development of increasingly complex consumer needs and increasingly sharp market competition causes many things to influence consumer purchasing decisions for a product. This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. Respondents in this study were buyers and users of Ventela shoes in the city of Banjarmasin who were taken using purposive sampling technique. So that 120 respondents who are buyers and users of Ventela shoes are obtained as research samples. The type of data used is sourced from primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 26 for windows computer software. The results showed that partially the price variable (X1) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, the value of t arithmetic was 3,721 > t table 1,980 and a large effect of 33.3%, product quality (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, the value of t arithmetic is 5.215 > t table 1.980 and the influence is 46.7%. Simultaneously, the price variable (X1) and product quality (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, F count 72.457 > F table 3.07 and a large influence of 52.5%.

that have limitations in promotion. This study aims to determine the effect of sponsorship events and prices on buying interest. Respondents in this study were buyers of Sampoerna A-Mild cigarettes in Banjarmasin City who were taken using a simple random sampling technique. So that 50 respondents who bought Sampoerna A-Mild cigarettes were obtained as research samples. The data used were taken from a questionnaire made by the author himself. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the Event Sponsorship variable had a significant effect on Buying Interest in Banjarmasin with a large influence of38.7%, the Price variable had a partially significant effect on Buying Interest with a large influence of 38.9%, simultaneously the Event Sponsorship variable and Price has a significant effect on Buying Interest with a large effect of44.9%.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence and job burnout on the turnover intention. This study uses a quantitative analysis method which aims to analyze the relationship between the observed variables using multiple regression analysis. Respondent consists of 46 employees of PT. Banjarmasin Bangkit taken with a saturated sample technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of the research proves that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant affect partially on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,637 or 63,7% and job burnout has a positive and significant affect partially on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,274 or 27,4%. Emotional intelligence and job burnout have significant effect simultaneously on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,753 or 75,3%.   Keywords: Procedures Emotional Intelligence, Job Burnout, Turnover Intention
