Abstract

This research background is based on scenario changes of war concepts from conventional to technology-based, where stealth is one of the technologies which is important in air warfare. This fact creates phenomena that show “There’s no stealth technology had been applied to protect Ground Radar Station as an enemy centre of gravity”, related to that research question which is formulated on how to design an adaptive “Ground Radar Stealth” (GRS) and why it is needed. All relevant theories used in this research are stealth, Radar, and Microwave Absorbers. Research Methode that being used is descriptive qualitative by comparing theories and using QFD as tools. In designing GRS some informants are involved such as military expert, academic, commander of fighter aircraft squadron and Radar. The result of this research is formulating a GRS design that had been adjusted with the theories to apply to GRS and is also useful. To make this research can be realised support in the form of funds, time, and cooperation from the Indonesian Air Force Itself and Academic sources are needed. Also, to optimize GRS design, it is suggested to create layers of defence like an Iron dome, but adjusted to the Indonesian Geographical environment

Abstract

The involvement of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) in the task of humanitarian operations is very strategic. Among other things, this task was carried out by Squadron 31, namely by providing heavy and long-distance transportation equipment. Preparedness in humanitarian operations by providing 130 Hercules aircraft is an important aspect that supports the success of humanitarian operations. Research purposes. Analyzing the Preparedness of the 31 Squadron at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base in the Provision of C-130 Transport Aircraft for Natural Disaster Management in Indonesia.Research methods using a descriptive qualitative approach with the selection of data sources using purposive sampling. Analysis of data from interviews, observations and documentation studies. Constructive analysis techniques with interactive procedures. Improvements to an effective humanitarian logistics management system to support the availability of spare parts in adequate and timely quantities for Squadron 31. Organizing training and education for aircraft crews for disaster management in accordance with the qualification standards of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) as well as internationally involving the Indonesian Air Force and the Air Force and BNPB.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat berdampak pada perubahan berupa ancaman yang akan dihadapi di masa depan. Berbagai bentuk ancaman udara di masa depan akan semakin kompleks. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya inovasi dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dalam meningkatkan dukungannya, salah satunya adalah Teknologi Antariksa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis konsep penciptaan dan pengaruh satuan antariksa TNI AU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara konseptual organisasi satuan antariksa nantinya berada di bawah TNI AU, bukan pada dimensi tersendiri. Hal yang menjadi pertimbangan adalah kemampuan personel dan kemudahan integrasi antara teknologi satelit dengan sistem persenjataan utama TNI AU dan artileri pertahanan udara dalam mendukung operasi dan mengantisipasi ancaman yang mungkin timbul. Ada beberapa pengaruh dari pembentukan satuan antariksa TNI AU antara lain pemetaan kondisi geografis wilayah lawan, menghalangi pemetaan wilayah Indonesia dari satelit, mencegah penyadap sistem komunikasi, menjaga kedaulatan udara pada ketinggian tertentu di atmosfer yang tidak dapat dijangkau. melalui pesawat tempur, meluncurkan rudal dari luar angkasa sehingga meningkatkan presisi tembakan, mengintegrasikan hasil pengintaian dan penentuan titik GPS ke dalam sistem pesawat tempur dan alutsista yang bersifat arhanud, TNI AU akan memiliki kemampuan anti satelit dan berbagi fasilitas link atau informasi. fasilitas dari alutsista antar dimensi

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that apart from being used as a positive means, the waters of South Kalimantan also have great potential for various illegal activities and violations, such as illegal fishing, theft by weighting and also including the potential for related criminal acts. with transnational crime, this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical methods supported by interviews, literature studies, and observation as a method of tracing data and facts, where based on the results of the research it is known that based on the potential threats it can be assumed that the territorial waters have threats with a security dimension which will affect Kamtibmas. These various potential threats can basically be minimized by optimizing water patrols which are one of the main tasks of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Ditpolairud, but with the limited infrastructure of Patrol Boats, the use of the air element in water patrols is one aspect that can be used in these waters
