This study aims to (1) students can understand the alphabet well and correctly, (2) students can read and write and correctly, (3) participants can understand reading and composing sentences well. With the implementation of Inquiry Learning model. This from of research uses qualitative research with data collection techniques conducted by trigonometry. Based on the result of a study that has been conducted for 5 weeks on class II students at Hanura Bina Putra Elementary School, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Inquiry Learning model data assessment of the student’s development category has not been able to distinguish alphabets from the data can distinguish the alphabet well every week. For categorical assessment data, there has been an increase in each week in spelling. And for the evaluation data, the category of reading is getting more and more fluent in reading and has been able to read well and correctly. Thus, the literacy program conducted by researchers can increase the interest in reading the second semester of class II of Hanura Bina Putra.
