Abstract

ABSTRAK Dislipidemia merupakan suatu kelainan metabolisme lipid yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kadar kolestrol total, LDL, trigliserida serta menurunnya kadar HDL dalam darah. Kadar kolesterol yang tinggi merupakan suatu permasalahan yang serius karena dapat menyebabkan penyakit degeneratif, salah satunya adalah penyakit jantung koroner. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan kadar kolesterol total adalah dengan mengkonsumsi makanan fungsional yang mengandung pati resisten dan flavonoid, salah satunya adalah tepung pisang berlin mentah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai dosis tepung pisang berlin mentah dalam menurunkan kadar kolesterol total tikus wistar dislipidemia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah true-experimental dengan pre test - post test with control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan 30 ekor tikus wistar jantan usia 2-3 bulan dengan berat badan 150-200 gram yang berumur 2-3 bulan. Tikus dibagi menjadi lima kelompok (K-, K+, P1 0,144g/ekor/hari, P2 0,288g/ekor/hari, dan P3 0,576g/ekor/hari). Kadar kolesterol total diperiksa dengan metode CHOD-PAP. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro Wilk, uji One Way Anova, uji Kruskall Wallis, uji Paired T-Test, dan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan kadar kolesterol total antar kelompok sebelum perlakuan (P=0,683), tidak ada perbedaan kadar kolesterol total antar kelompok sesudah perlakuan (P=0,376), terdapat perbedaan kadar kolesterol total antar semua kelompok sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan (P<0,05), tidak terdapat perbedaan selisih kadar kolesterol total sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan (P= 0,604). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu tidak ada pengaruh berbagai dosis tepung pisang berlin mentah terhadap penurunan kadar kolesterol total tikus wistar dislipidemia. ABSTRACT Dyslipidemia is a lipid metabolism disorder characterized by increased levels of total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides and decreased levels of HDL in the blood. High cholesterol levels are a serious problem because they can cause degenerative diseases, one of which is coronary heart disease. Efforts that can be made to reduce total cholesterol levels are by consuming functional foods containing resistant starch and flavonoids, one of which is raw berlin banana flour. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of various doses of raw berlin banana flour in reducing total cholesterol levels of dyslipidemic wistar rats. This type of research is true-experimental with pre test - post test with control group design. This study used 30 male wistar rats aged 2-3 months with a body weight of 150-200 grams aged 2-3 months. Rats were divided into five groups (K-, K+, P1 0.144g/head/day, P2 0.288g/head/day, and P3 0.576g/head/day). Total cholesterol levels were examined by the CHOD-PAP method. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro Wilk normality test, One Way Anova test, Kruskall Wallis test, Paired T-Test, and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was no difference in total cholesterol levels between groups before treatment (P = 0.683), there was no difference in total cholesterol levels between groups after treatment (P = 0.376), there were differences in total cholesterol levels between all groups before and after treatment (P < 0.05), there was no difference in the difference in total cholesterol levels before and after treatment (P = 0.604). The conclusion of this study is that there is no effect of various doses of raw berlin banana flour on the reduction of total cholesterol levels in dyslipidemic wistar rats.
