Abstract

Research Title: Study on Behavior Leadership Principal and School Cultural Against Teacher Performance in Cibuaya Public Elementary Schools of District Karawang regency. The purpose of this study: (1) To know the effect the behavior of school leadership on the Teachers Performance in Cibuaya State Primary School of District Karawang regency. (2) To know the effect of school culture on the Teachers Performance in Cibuaya State Primary School of the District Karawang Regency. (3) To know the effect of behavior of school leadership and school culturesimultaneously on the Teachers Performance o in Cibuaya State Primary School of the District Karawang Regency.Using descriptive survey research methods with teachers as much as 52 the population used as samples. The results were obtained: (1) There is a significant effect between Principal Leadership variables (X1) to teacher performance variable (Y). This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis test obtained value t t table (5.581 2.004). partially there is significant effect between the leadership of the principal to teacher performance. (2) There is a significant effect between the variables of school culture (X2) on teacher performance variable (Y). This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis test obtained value t t table (2.50 2.004) partially no significant effect between school culture with teacher performance. (3) There is a significant effect between school leadership and school culture with the same on teacher performance. This is evidenced by ANOVA test obtained F count 23.056 Values greater than 2,004 F table. Donations influence of independent variables (school leadership and school culture) to the dependent variable (performance of teachers) amounted to 45.6%. Or variations of the independent variables used in the model (school leadership and school culture) able to explain 45.6% of the variation of the dependent variable (performance of teachers). While the remaining 54.4% influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Schools as educational service providers that meet all service criteria. Service quality is very important to know, measured continuously and improved by the school in order to survive in competition. One of the most widely used models in measuring service quality is the SERVQUAL Model by dividing service quality attributes into five dimensions, namely; Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Assurance. This study uses a questionnaire instrument adapted to measure the quality of educational services perceived as a gap between expectations and perceptions of students at Vocational High School Binakarya Karawang. The results of the study obtained a comparison of the perception value of the expectation value (quality index) of 71.21% with an average expectation value of 6.46 and a perception value of 4.60 resulting in a gap of 1.86. These figures indicate that in general the quality of service is still far from what students expect.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Pembelajaran dan Kinerja Guru Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Didik di SMK Karya Guna Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kualitas layanan pembelajaran dan Kinerja Guru Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Didik di SMKN 1 Karawang Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling dari populasi 527, dengan besaran sample (n=70), dan teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi dan Regresi dengan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas Layanan Pembelajaran berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (t hitung = 10,024 p 0,05). Kinerja Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (t hitung = 13,593, p 0,05). Kualitas Layanan Pembelajaran dan Kinerja Guru secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (F hitung = 99,505, p 0,05). Kontribusi kualiatas layanan pembelajaran dan kinerja guru terhadap kepuasan peserta didik ditunjukan oleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,748 atau ( 74,8%) Sisanya sebanyak 25,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah perlu membuat kebijakan tentang upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan pembelajaran meliputi layanan sarana prasarana, layanan tenaga pendidik atau guru, dan karyawan, agar memnuhi kebutuhan proses pendidikan yang nyaman untuk meningkatkan kepuasan peserta didik.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Layanan Pembelajaran, Kinerja Guru, Kepuasan Peserta Didik
