Abstract

Geographical Information System is an information system that has the ability to handle spatial data, including road conditions. Road data management has only been done conventionally. The platform used in building this geographic information system is based on Android. Android is chosen because Android is an open source that is easy to develop and the development of Android smartphones is already on the market today. The methodology used for this study is based on a prototype model. because this methodology uses modeling that is expected to facilitate the author in understanding the needs of users or users. The results of this study will present a geographic information system of road conditions in Sumedang Regency based on Android which was built using basic4android software combined with Jdk and SDK. The conclusion obtained is that this geographic information system can help the community service and water resources in managing road data and help the community to know the road conditions

Abstract

The disaster that occurred in Sumedang district was the main concern of the services provided by the BPBD of Sumedang Regency, the handling of disasters that was fast and precise became the motto of BPBD. But in practice there are many obstacles, one of which is the lack of community participation in disaster reporting and many other technical constraints. Whereas with this reporting BPBD can quickly and responsively handle the disaster. E-disaster report based on Android BPBD Sumedang district is present as an electronic disaster reporting service to overcome problems in the BPBD of Sumedang district. This e-disaster report was built using a prototype software design methodology. This methodology is very suitable for software that continues to grow such as Android-based software. With this disaster report, people can easily report disasters. The location of the disaster can also be detected with the GPS feature on the Android smartphone. The community only needs to attach a photo of the event and the description of the incident and the report will be processed immediately by the investigating officer. With this application, Sumedang District people can participate in disaster reporting, and the BPBD of Sumedang District can be helped in carrying out the handling and handling of disasters quickly and precisely in Sumedang District.

Abstract

Election is a way to realize the principle of democracy is normally done by choosing to use media and supplied ballot polling stations (TPS). STMIK Sumedang has also been applied to the electoral system for the election of Chairman of the Senate but there are problems faced by the committee in STMIK Sumedang because Many students or prospective voters who can not convey the right to vote, because the implementation time and lecture schedules run concurrently. The method used to create mobile voting Student Senate Election uses prototype method. Stages in the first of these methods is the identification of problems and needs and then to design prototype system and evaluating whether the system has been built as expected. With the Mobile Student Senate Election Voting can help the student union election process STMIK Sumedang good for the voters or the student and the committee (KPUM) that the management of the results of the voting can be managed properly.

Abstract

Bappenda currently utilizes Information Systems as the main driver in its activities which include the process of registration, data collection, determination, acceptance, billing, and reporting, in supporting its activities Bappenda needs to have an Information System strategic planning that can identify computer-based application portfolios in carrying out business processes, by therefore we need a tool that can be used to provide a basic organizational structure for the company as a whole using Enterprise Architecture. The method used in architectural planning is The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), which can provide techniques on how to build, manage and implement enterprise architecture and information systems called the Architecture Development Method (ADM). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the TOGAF method in Bappenda can improve the performance of the system applied by a percentage of 57.29%. The suggestion for implementing TOGAF in Bappenda is to be able to develop gradually according to the existing stages in TOGAF and explain how to find an organization's enterprise architecture specifically based on business needs and processes

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall. Dengan metode ini pengembangan dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak BPBD kabupaten Sumedang. Setelah data-data yang dibutuhkan terkumpul dilanjutkan dengan design system, koding dan testing, penerapan / pengujian program, dan yang terakhir yaitu pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu prosedur pengolahan data beserta aplikasi potensi bencana alam Kabupaten Sumedang. Aplikasi yang dibangun termasuk kedalam jenis aplikasi desktop dan dibuat menggunakan aplikasi VB.Net 2010 dengan database Mysql. Aplikasi yang dibuat juga bersifat multi hak akses serta dapat membuat laporan dengan cepat dan tepat. Dengan dibuatnya prosedur pengolahan data beserta aplikasi potensi bencana alam Kabupeten Sumedang ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terkait masalah yang ada di BPBD kabupaten sumedang khususnya pada seksi pencegahan dan kesiapsiaagaan. Dengan ini pula diharapkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat menjadi lebih meningkat dan kerugian akibat potensi bencana alam yang mungkin terjadi dapat diminimalisir

Abstract

Pembuatan Jadwal di STMIK Sumedang masih menggunakan Ms.Excel sehingga waktu pembuatan jadwal menjadi cukup lama, berkisar antara 3 minggu, dan sering menemukan jadwal yang bentrok. Dengan adanya system baru ini diharapkan kadap meminimalisir masalah tersebut. Untuk memudahkan admin (BAAK) dalam pengelolaan data dan melihat adanya jadwal bentrok system baru ini memberi tanda field berwarna sehingga penggunaan waktu dalam penyusunan jadwal dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model waterfall. Dengan Analisis dan Perancangan menggunakan UML dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan MySQL Sebagai databasenya serta Algoritma Pewarnaan Graf untuk mewarnai Jadwal yang bentrok. Penelitian ini membuat Simulasi Penerapan Algoritma Pewarnaan Graf pada penjadwalan Perkuliahan STMIK Sumedang yang dikelola oleh admin (BAAK) dan dosen diberi hak akses untuk mengelola data permintaan dosen serta melihat laporan. Penerapan algoritma pewarnaan graf dapat digunakan sebagai penanda jadwal bentrok, sehingga memudahkan admin untuk mengatur atau memperbaharui jadwal bentrok, dan system menyediakan tempat untuk dosen mengisi data permintaan untuk tidak mengajar di hari dan jam tertentu

Abstract

E-Lapor Bencana merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dibangun berdasarkan kebutuhan untuk menanggulangi bencana alam yang terjadi di wilayah kabupaten Sumedang, aplikasi e-lapor bencana ini dilengkapi dengan fitur pelaporan informasi bencana yang terjadi oleh masyarakat disertai dengan titik wilayah bencana itu terjadi berdasarkan Google Maps yang didukung perangkat GPS yang tersedia di perangkat seluler dalam hal ini Android. Selain itu aplikasi e-lapor bencana disertai juga dengan foto dan identitas pelapor secara valid yang dapat memudahkan petugas dari pihak BPBD kabupaten Sumedang untuk dapat menindaklanjuti bencana yang terjadi dengan respon cepat. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode prototype alasan menggunakan prototype adalah karena metode tersebut dianggap cocok dalam mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis android. Aplikasi E-lapor bencana berbasis Android ini dibuat untuk dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memberikan laporan terkait bencana alam yang terjadi di wilayah kabupaten Sumedang, aplikasi e-lapor bencana ini dapat memberikan informasi bencana alam dengan didukung fasilitas Google Maps yang disertai pelaporan langsung menggunakan titik wilayah bencana dengan perangkat GPS pada perangkat seluler para pengguna yang melaporkan dapat secara akurat dan valid untuk berbagi informasi disertai foto kejadian bencana alam yang terjadi. Aplikasi e-lapor bencana ala mini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dan membantu masyarakat dalam melaporkan kejadian bencana alam secara realtime.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi berkembang semakin pesat yang menuntut setiap kantor desa untuk terus bergerak mengikutinya. Dalam proses mempermudah pelayanan masyarakat, maka Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten/Kota meluncurkan sebuah sistem aplikasi yang disebut Sistem Validasi Data Penduduk. Teknologi informasi pada kantor desa selain memberikan keuntungan juga rentan terhadap risiko. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa adalah belum adanya kebijakan dalam mengelola Sistem Validasi Data Penduduk dan belum dilakukan penilaian risiko sehingga tidak diketahui risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada dilakukan penelitian dengan judul Manajemen Risiko Sistem Validasi Data Penduduk Pada Kantor Desa Cipandan Wangi Menggunakan Metode OCTAVE-S. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis dan mengelola risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada Sistem Validasi Data Penduduk di Desa. Hasil akhir dari analisis manajemen risiko bahwa Sistem Validasi Data Penduduk berada pada tingkatan Green (Hijau) karena 33 dari 40 pernyataan dari kuesioner dinyatakan valid, maka hasilnya berupa rekomendasi mengenai langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil untuk perlindungan sistem beserta aset-asetnya.
