Abstract

The readiness of the apparatus as the front guard element of state administration in the field of public services can be seen from the level of competence and quality of management in carrying out their functions. The research aims to understand the extent of the level of competency and quality of management on the level of satisfaction with the results of services by state civil servants to the people of Wagom sub-district, Pariwari district, Fakfak district. The research was carried out for 4 months in 2023 using a survey approach and interviews using closed questionnaires. The survey and interview results were processed quantitatively using the SPSS 2.3 statistical tool and described using spider web diagram analysis tools and gap value graphs. Research conclusions containing the substance of corrective actions are described using an Ishikawa diagram analysis approach with a combination of weighting.

Abstract

Financial management and regional budget planning require carefulness and accuracy based on a priority scale to achieve short, medium and long term development goals so that they are right on target. The research aims to find implementation strategies to increase innovation, competence and performance of budget planners so that regions have the strength to realize development that is right on target. The research was carried out from July – December 2023. The research method was descriptive with a combination approach of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data was obtained through a direct survey of respondents who had been determined deliberately. The data obtained is given a weight value based on assessment indicators obtained from the results of preliminary research. Test the validity and reliability of the data in a gradual and structured manner using a triangulation and role sharing approach. The research results are presented in the form of a spider web diagram which is equipped with illustrations of shift share gap values, root cause analysis diagrams with weighting, Pearson correlation analysis , and regression equation models obtained from the SPSS version 2.3 statistical tool.

Abstract

The typical micro and small culinary industry in an area such as Papua can be an inspiration and starting point for developing empowerment and improving community welfare in a sustainable manner for the government and all interested communities as well as becoming an icon and attraction for tourist visits. This research aims to find out whether leadership, innovation and work culture influence the performance of micro-enterprise food stalls with a typical Papuan menu in Fakfak Regency.
