Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the fortification effect of crab (portunus pelagicus) shell flour on consumer acceptance of sago crackers. This researh was conducted in fishery product technology and fishery product chemistry laboratorium Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science Universitas Riau on Mei to June 2016. The methode used in this research was experimental methode by using crab (portunus pelagicus) shell flour on processing of sago crackers. The concentration of crab shell was 0 gr, 15 gr, 30 gr, and 45 gr. The result showed that effect of fortification 15 gr of crab shell flour (X1) was the best treatment based on organoleptic value with flavour 2.96, appearance 2.72, aroma 2.61, texture 3.56 and flower power 149.13%. Meanwhile effect of fortification 30 gr of crab shell flour (X2) was the best treatment based on chemical analysis with protein content 5.13%, water content 9.42%, ash content 13.37% and calsium content 17.01%.Keywords : Sago, Crab Shells, Sago Crackers

Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu di Indonesia mulai menjadi sorotan terkait sulitnya mencapai target Millennium Development Goals menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu tahun 2015 menjadi 102 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup dan tahun 2016 berdegenerasi menjadi Sustainable Development Goals Upaya terobosan saat ini sedang dilaksanakan yaitu dengan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan bagi ibu dan bayi. Salah satunya posisi persalinan untuk mengurangi rasa sakit pada saat bersalin dan dapat mempercepat proses persalinan. Hasil studi pendahuluan terdapat 18 ibu bersalin pada bulan Juli - Agustus tahun 2016, masalah yang timbul pada kala II terbanyak kelelahan dan kelainan his. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh posisi persalinan merangkak terhadap lamanya proses persalinan pada kala II. Pre-eksperimen dengan Static Group Comparison. Populasi semua ibu bersalin primipara 30 orang, teknik sampel Purposive Sampling, Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji chi square diperoleh nilai p value sebesar 0,016, jika dibandingkan dengan nilai a (0,05), maka H0 ditolak yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh posisi persalinan merangkak terhadap lama persalinan kala II pada ibu bersalin di BPM Bidan N Kecamatan Sambongpari Kota Tasikmalaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa posisi merangkak memberikan pengaruh terhadap lama persalinan kala II.

Abstract

Literature is a paper that is made with many ways of imagination, especially in terms of appreciating the quite complex style and manner that is varied by the appreciator. The researcher tried to apply literary appreciation techniques which especially appreciated poetry by analyzing the text of the arguments contained in poetry. The researcher formulated several problems that might occur during the research process, namely how the results of the text argumentation in learning to read poetic texts. The method used is a descriptive method that allows a broader description of the object being analyzed. The results of the analysis obtained are about the elements that make up poetry, style and the style of language used, diction and meaning implied in the content of the poem. The researcher expects a lot of benefits from the analysis of the poem which at least adds insight into poetry, analysis of poetry and appreciation in different ways and points of view.
