Abstract

Abstrak: Negara Indonesia memiliki keragaman yang tak terhingga, termasuk di antaraanya tradisi. Tradisipun di setiap daerah berbeda-beda, termasuk di Desa Batu Beriga Kecamatan Lubuk Besar Kabupaten Bangka Tengah yakni naber laut. Tradisi ini telah dikenal secara turun temurun yang bertujuan sebagai ungkapan rasa sukur warga setempat yang berprofesi sebagai nelayan serta menghindari mara bahaya saat mereka beraktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, lalu menganalisisnya dan dapatlah kesimpulan. Ternyata ajaran Islam sangat memperhatikan tradisi (Arab: ‘adah) dan konvensi masyarakat untuk dijadikan sumber bagi jurisprudensi hukum Islam dengan penyempurnaan dan batasan-batasan tertentu. Terma adat yang memiliki kesamaan makna dengan ‘urf telah menjadi salah satu landasan dalam istimbat hukum Islam. Kata Kunci: Naber Laut, Batu Beriga, Hukum Islam, Bangka Tengah Abstracts: Indonesia has infinite diversity, including traditions. Traditions are different in each region, including in Batu Beriga Village, Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency, namely Naber Laut. This tradition has been carried out from generation to generation and aims to express the gratitude of local residents who work as fishermen and to avoid danger when they are on the move. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources, then analyzing it and drawing conclusions. It turns out that Islamic teachings pay great attention to tradition (Arabic: 'adah) and societal conventions to serve as a source for Islamic legal jurisprudence with certain refinements and limitations. Traditional terms which have the same meaning as 'urf have become one of the foundations of Islamic law. Keywords: Naber Laut, Batu Beriga, Islamic Law, Central Bangka

Abstract

Abstract This article explains the evolution of Mudharabah in Bank Mega Syariah. Bank Mega Syariah organizes general banking with a profit-sharing system based on Islamic Sharia. and has been operating as a sharia commercial bank since October 16, 2008. Bank Mega Syariah is licensed as a foreign exchange bank. With this status, the bank can conduct foreign transactions and conduct international business. Through this article, the author would like to explain the growth of Mudharabah financing at Bank Mega Syariah. Although it is one of the Islamic banks in Indonesia. However, in 2018-2019 Bank Mega Syariah had a peculiarity where the increase in Mudharabah was not successful. This research uses quantitative methods and literature review methods with descriptive research types. Based on the report, we note that Bank Mega Syariah applies the principle of profit sharing, although there are often deviations in its application. Abstract

BCA Syariah Bank's Marketing Strategy in Increasing the Interest of the Millennial Generation in the Digital Era provides opportunities and challenges for its existence. So Islamic banks must be able to use existing opportunities as best as possible, namely by improving marketing strategies in the digital era by embracing the millennial generation. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy of Islamic banks in increasing the interest of the millennial generation in the digital era and also to determine the inhibiting factors in the marketing strategy carried out. The collection technique is through documentation. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive. The research results show that the marketing strategy of Islamic banks in increasing the interest of the millennial generation in the digital era can be done with a marketing mix strategy, namely creating a condition called bank less (banks without offices), the existence of product innovations that can attract the interest of millennials. namely marriage savings and sacrificial savings (one person one goat), digital banks are able to save costs because they are easy, simple and cheap, promotions by creating creative content competition activities, promotions involving influencers/clerics/artists and promotions involving an active role.
