<![CDATA[Communication is the key to the success of health services in hospitals.. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nurse therapeutic communication with inpatient satisfaction at majene hospital. This type of research is a cross sectional study and the sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The number of samles in the study was 197 inpatients samples from the last 3 months of 2022 in 5 rooms, namely Dahlia, Orchid, Mawar, Melati and Cempaka. Demographic data collection trough questionnaires. The test used is the Chi-Squart test. The test results determined that there was a relationship between therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction with a p values of 0,00 (p>0,05). This shows that there is a relationship between nurse therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of majene hospital. Abstrak. Komunikasi merupakan kunci kesuksesan pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Majene. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Cross Sectional study dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 197 orang sampel pasien rawat inap dari 3 bulan terakhir tahun 2022 di 5 ruangan yaitu Dahlia, Anggrek, Mawar, Melati dan Cempaka. Pengumpulan data demografi melalui kuesioner. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Squart. Hasil uji ditemukan adanya hubungan komunikasi terapeutik dengan kepuasan pasien dengan p value sebesar 0,00 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSUD Majene.]]>
