Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence the activeness of students in the organization and learning motivation on student achievement in SMA Negeri 7 kota Tangerang. This research is a research using a quantitative method approach. The population in this research were students in SMA Negeri 7 kota Tangerang who participated in the organization's activities. The samples taken were 131 students with a sampling technique that is saturated samples using the Solvin formula. The data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews. The instrument in this study was in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis uses multiple regression. From the results of the study it can be concluded as follows: (1) the activeness of students in organizations does not affect learning achievement as indicated by the significance value of 0.510 more than 0.05. (2) students' learning motivation has no effect on learning achievement, this is indicated by a significance value of 0.556 over 0.05. R2 value of 0.125 means that 1.25% of student achievement is influenced by student activity in the organization and learning motivation. While 98.75% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: student activeness in the organization, learning motivation, learning achievement

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-concept and study habits on student learning outcomes. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The sample in this study was 62 students of class X SMK office administration who were taken using probability simple random sampling with data collection using google form. Based on the results of the calculation, the regression equation is Y = 2.922 + 0.224 + 0.355, with an F test value of 0.000 so that it can be interpreted that simultaneously self-concept and study habits have an effect on learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate the magnitude of the influence of self-concept and study habits on student learning outcomes of class X office administration is 68.3%.Keywords: Self Concept, Study Habits, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research uses quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques using multiple regression techniques. The population in this study were students of class VIII at the Pilar Bangsa Sepatan Technology Middle School and the samples taken were all students of class VIII, namely 85 students. The instrument collects data for teaching creativity (X1), learning facilities (X2) and learning achievement using a questionnaire / questionnaire with a Likert scale of 5 (five) alternative answers. Based on the results of calculations this study proves that the partial variables of teaching creativity and learning are positive and significant for student learning achievement. Likewise, simultaneous testing that is approved for teaching creativity variables and learning facilities is positively and significantly related. so, it can be concluded from the level of motivation and compensation to improve teacher performance both simultaneously and partially.
