Abstract

Strategi yang digunakan pengurus masjid dalam menghadapi adanya perbedaan yang terjadi antara pengawas dan jama’ah dalam pemahaman keagamaan. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan model penelitian lapangan (field research), pengelolaan data dan sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengambilan data yaitu dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi, Teknik Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara interpertasi, kritik sumber dan deskripsi. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: pertama, strategi pengurus Masjid Al-Aman Paakri dalam merespons perbedaan pemahaman keagamaan antara lain; mengadakan pengajian rutin, melakukan sedekah subhu, melaksanakan program Gerakan Sosial Masjid Berbagi, malaksanakan pesantren kilat atau kajian keagamaan Remaja dan membagun komunikasi antara masyarakat dan pengurus. Kedua, faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pelaksanaan strategi pengurus Masjid Al-Aman Paakri dalam merespons perbedaan pemahaman keagamaan adalah jumlah jama’ah diantaranya dukungan atau sokongan secara penuh dari semua elemen masyarakat terkhusus dari pembina dan penanggung jawab. Sedangkan kelemahan pengurus Masjid Al-Aman Paakri dalam menjalankan strategi dakwah mereka untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan adalah adanya pertentangan antara pengawas dan masyarakat yang masih belum bisa menentukan sikap sendiri atau dalam artian lain masih selalu bergantung pada arahan para pimpinan yang lebih, dan yang kedua adalah jama’ah masih sering saling mengharapkan satu sama lain.

Abstract

This research is entitled: "Da'wah Strategy of the Representative Branch Council of Nahdlatul Ulama (MWCNU) in Changing Community Behavior in Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin District". The issues discussed in this thesis are: What are the effective da'wah strategies carried out by the Nahdatul Ulama Branch Representative Council (MWCNU) in changing community behavior in Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin District as well as external and internal obstacles in changing community behavior. The aim of this research is: To determine the effective da'wah strategy carried out by the Nahdatul Ulama Branch Representative Council (MWCNU) as well as the external and internal obstacles in changing community behavior in Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin sub-district. This research uses qualitative research. The data collection technique in this research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The theory used in this research is the theory of Drs. Samsul Munir Amin. The data analysis technique used in this research is the technique from Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the da'wah strategy activities carried out by the Nahdatul Ulama Branch Representative Council (MWCNU) in changing people's behavior have been implemented well. The implementation of this da'wah strategy activity is carried out well by using Bi-Lisan Da'wah, Bi-Hal Da'wah and Bi-Qalam Da'wah as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out the da'wah. Planning good da'wah activities can of course pay attention to the object of da'wah who always listens and pays attention to what a da'i says. So that it can create self-awareness in a mad'u to carry out the teachings of the Islamic religion without any element of coercion.

Abstract

This research is entitled: "Umrah Marketing Strategy in Increasing the Number of Pilgrims at PT. Atama Phase of the Universe”. The issues discussed in this thesis are: What are the marketing strategies for increasing the number of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims at PT Faza Atama Semesta as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the number of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The objectives of this research are: To determine marketing strategies in increasing the number of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims at PT Faza Atama Semesta and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the number of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. This research uses qualitative research. The data collection technique in this research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The theory used in this research is the theory of Philip Kotler. The data analysis technique used in this research is the technique from Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the marketing strategy activities carried out by PT. Faza Atama Semesta in increasing the number of congregations has been implemented well. The implementation of marketing strategy activities is carried out well by using a marketing mix, namely: product, price, promotion and place. Marketing strategy planning has several conditions that must be met by a company to be successful in facing competition. This requirement is by trying to achieve a company goal by retaining customers. This means that the company must be able to satisfy and provide what its customers need and want beyond what its competitors provide, while to increase customers the company must be able to read every opportunity that exists through marketing strategies to get new customers.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala desa dalam mewujudkan program Banyuasin. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala desa dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin bertaqwa Desa Margorukun Jalur 14 Kab. Banyuasin? Dan apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung kepala desa dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin bertaqwa Desa Margorukun Jalur 14 Kab. Banyuasin? Kepemimpinan kepala desa dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin bertaqwa Desa Margorukun Jalur 14 Kab. Banyuasin. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: pertama, kepemimpinan kepala desa dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin bertaqwa Desa Margorukun Jalur 14 Ka inib. Banyuasin yaitu dapat dikategorikan sebagai gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam memimpin rakyatnya, yang mencakup konsultasi antara kepala desa dengan masyarakatnya, pengambilan keputusan bersama dengan masyarakat khususnya dalam pembangunan, membagi kekuasaan terutama dalam tahap pembangunan, desentralisasi dan manajemen yang demokratis melalui musyarawah desa. Kedua, faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala desa dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin bertaqwa Desa Margorukun Jalur 14 Kab. Banyuasin yaitu: Faktor pendukung yaitu partisipasi masyarakat dalam membangun desanya sudah baik, hal ini terbukti bahwa saat atau ketika dalam hal keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses perwujudan program Banyuasin bertaqwa. Dan faktor penghambat yaitu kepala desa kurang menggerakan kepala dusun dalam menggerakkan dan melaksanakan program Banyuasin bertaqwa tingkat desa dan masyarakat belum mengetahui secara luas program desa tersebut
