Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of zillennial generation employees at the Ijen Resort and Villas Banyuwangi Hotel. The sample for this research consisted of 37 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection used a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained are F-count > F-table (23.583 > 2.891564) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that organizational culture, work motivation and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) zillennial generation employee of the Ijen Hotel Resort and Villas Banyuwangi. And partially, the variables of organizational culture, work motivation and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable of the zillennial generation employees of the Ijen Hotel Resort and Villas Banyuwangi. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan generasi zillenial Hotel Ijen Resort and Villas Banyuwangi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 37 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert. Analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu F-hitung > F-tabel (23,583 > 2,891564) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kecerdasan emosional secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan generasi zillenial hotel ijen resort and villas Banyuwangi. Dan secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Organization Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan generasi zillenial hotel ijen resort and villas Banyuwangi.
