Abstract

The objective of this research is to test and analize brand involvement ang motives consumer in the electronic-word of mouth communication engagement in social media. The kinds of electronic-word of mouth communication in social media such as writing, liking, sharing, recomending, commenting, and tweeting. The subject of this research are people who ever makes an electronic-word of mouth in social media. The object of this research are Facebook, Titter, Google+, and Alexa. The method used in the research is survey by using purposive sampling technique to 200 sosial media’s users in Indonesia that ever wrote a testimonial.. Datas analyze using SPSS and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression.  This findings shows brand involvement, product involvement, self involvement, and advice seeking  has positive and significant effect to electronic-word of mouth communication in social media, and the other hand, other involvement has positive effect but not significant, and also need for social interaction has negative effect to the electronic-word of mouth communication in social media. In means in the research, there are 4 hypothesis supported and 2 hypothesis not supported.

Abstract

This study is aimed at examining factors affecting the reliability and timeliness of financial reporting. These factors include human resources, utilization of information technology, internal control of accounting, organizational commitment and supporting system. The main ground of this study is an empirical study on the factors that affect the reliability and timeliness of financial reporting which have been varied in the results and increasingly important and strong public demands for accountability. The sample of this study consists of 83 employees in BLUDs around Kedu residency. The analysis of the data are measured through Partial Least Square (WarpPLS). This study provides an evidence that human resources, internal control of accounting, organizational commitment and supporting system have positive effects on the reliability of financial reporting. On the other hand, the utilization of information technology does not positively effect the reliability of financial reporting. Meanwhile, the utilization of information technology, internal control of accounting, and organizational commitment positively affects timeliness of financial reporting, while the human resources, and supporting system do no have positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja di lingkungan sekolah; (2) Meningkatkan kreativitas dan keterampilan guru dalam melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa ; (3) Menambah inovasi dalam mengelola penggunaan dan publikasi materi ajar.Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Internet Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang, pada 9 September 2016. Peserta pelatihan adalah guru BK SMP di Magelang. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya, maka ditempuh langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) Menghubungi Kepala Sekolah dan Ketua Musyawarah Guru Bimbingan Konseling untuk mengetahui sejauh mana guru memanfaatkan ICT dalam melakanakan memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling kepada siswa dan mencari data perlu atau tidaknya diadakan pelatihan peningkatan kinerja guru BK berbasis ICT; (2) Menyelenggarakan program pengenalan dan pelatihan, yang meliputi tahap pengenalan, tahap pelatihan, dan tahap evaluasi hasil; (3) Tahap pengenalan dan pelatihan dilakukan secara kelompok.Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian dapat disimpulkan: (1) Kegiatan ini dapat meningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan ICT. (2) Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang lebih inovatif dan bervariatif. (3) Kegiatan ini mampu menumbuhkan semangat dalam peningkatan kinerja secara mandiri dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis ICT.

Abstract

Konsep maqasid syariah bertujuan untuk mendidik individu, menciptakan keadilan dan kemaslahatan. Untuk mencapai tujuan mendidik individu, dilakukan suatu pengukuran melalui elemen pendidikan, penelitian, pelatihan dan publikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi pengembangan pengetahuan, peningkatkan keterampilan baru,dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kinerja maqasid syariah ditinjau dari tujuan mendidik individu. Dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja maqasid perbankan syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah lima Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) di Indonesia dan lima perbankan syariah di Malaysia. Teknik penyampelan yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Untuk menguji pengaruh elemen-elemen terhadap kinerja maqasid syariah, dilakukan dengan pengujian analisis regresi berganda, dan uji beda independent sample t test digunakan untuk menguji perbedaan kinerja maqasid perbankan syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif pengembangan pengetahuan, peningkatkan keterampilan baru, menciptakan kesadaran masyarakat akan keberadaan entitas syariah terhadap maqasid syariah. Kemudian, terdapat perbedaan kinerja maqasid perbankan syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja maqasid perbankan syariah dan menganalisis sejauh mana penerapan kinerja Maqasid mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap manajemen risiko yang ada di perbankan syariah, khususnya risiko kredit yang akan ditanggung oleh setiap bank syariah. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai melalui penelitian ini: 1) Terdeskripsikannya faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja maqasid perbankan syariah. 2) terealisasikanya peran kinerja maqasid dalam memberikan pengaruh terhadap manajemen risiko kredit bank syariah. 3) Dikeluarkannya regulasi/aturan tentang kepatuhan praktik transaksi perbankan syariah yang sesuai konsep maqasid syariah oleh pemerintah. 4) Diterapkannya maqasid syariah dalam segala aktivitas bank syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan bank syariah yang ada di Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pengetahuan, menciptakan kesadaran masyarakat akan keberadaan bank syariah, peningkatkan keterampilan baru, kontrak yang adil, produk dan jasa yang terjangkau, penghapusan ketidakadilan, serrta distribusi pendapatan dan kekayaan tidak pengaruh terhadap risiko kredit. Sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh negative terhadap risiko kredit, dan investasi pada sektor riil berpengaruh positif terhadap risiko kredit.

Abstract

HOUSEHOLD SCALE ORGANIC WASTE PROCESSING IN DROJOGAN HAMLET. Garbage is generated from all activities in homes, offices, markets and various other places. The issue of waste should be of particular concern, so it needs to be addressed from all parties. The purpose of this devotional activity is to increase the role of community to ward off organic waste in household and raise public awareness to create a clean and healthy environment. The method used is to socialize, training and mentoring continuously to the partner community of PKK in RT 03 / RW03 Drojogan, Bumirejo, Mungkid, Magelang. This activity is carried out by providing training in the manufacture of organic compost fertilizer, liquid organic fertilizer and also greenhouse making. The result of this activity is increased knowledge and skills in processing organic waste into compost fertilizer, liquid fertilizer and the establishment of a green house.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, leverage, profitabilitas, dan kualitas audit terhadap praktik manajemen laba. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) untuk periode 2014-2018. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel sesuai kriteria. Total sampel penelitian ini adalah 18 perusahaan manufaktur. Alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS, menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel good corporate governance yang terdiri dari dewan komisaris independen, komite audit dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba sedangkan dewan komisaris dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap praktik manajemen laba. Variabel leverage tidak berpengaruh pada manajemen laba. Variabel profitabilitas yang diukur dengan ROA memiliki efek positif dan kualitas audit tidak berpengaruh pada manajemen laba.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in increasing people's income in Junjungan Hamlet. One of them is the MSME GRD Frozen Food, which is able to employ a large number of people from the surrounding area. However, because these MSMEs haven't marketed digitally and haven't kept track of their finances, their business management isn't ideal. The purpose of this program is to implement social media marketing and simple bookkeeping using Excel. Socialization, training, and continuous assistance with marketing and accounting books are all used to achieve these objectives. The results of the activity show that the MSMEs of GRD Frozen Food are capable of using Instagram for marketing and of compiling simple bookkeeping, both manually and electronically.

Abstract

Community service in the form of increasing the economy through Grenden tourism aims to increase public awareness by jointly building Grenden Nature Tourism to be known by public. This activity is carried out by training in human resources in managing tourism sites, training in allocating human resources, and assisting in the use of social media. The methods are mentoring and empowerment. The result of this service is that the community is quite understand to promote the tourism destination through digital marketing, the improvement of human resources quality and repairing the photo spots in Grenden tourism to increase tourist attraction.
