<![CDATA[ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Penanganan pasien dengan skizofrenia adalah menggunakan psiko terapi, salah satunya adalah terapi Okupasi (Menggambar). Masalah penelitian adalah masih banyaknya pasien skizofrenia yang mengalami gangguan persepsi sensori di RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui pengaruh terapi okupasi aktivitas menggambar terhadap perubahan persepsi sensori pada pasien halusinasi auditorik di RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian praeksperimental dengan pendekatan pre test-post test one group design dengan cara memberikan perlakuan pada semua responden. Populasi sebanyak 586 orang dan sampel diambil secara secara purposive sampling sebanyak 10 orang. Jenis data penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik uji wilcoxon. Hasil : Hasil penelitian adalah rata-rata perubahan persepsi sensori pada pasien halusinasi auditorik sebelum terapi okupasi aktivitas menggambar di RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu adalah 11,80. Rata-rata perubahan persepsi sensori pada pasien halusinasi auditorik setelah terapi okupasi aktivitas menggambar di RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu adalah 6,50. Ada pengaruh terapi okupasi aktivitas menggambar terhadap perubahan persepsi sensori pada pasien halusinasi auditorik di RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu, nilai p = 0,007, berarti < 0,05 (a).Simpulan : Bagi Institusi Pelayanan Kesehatan, terutama RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu Diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien jiwa seoptimal mungkin dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit jiwa.Kata Kunci : Terapi Okupasi Aktivitas Menggambar, Persepsi Sensori, Halusinasi Auditorik ABSTRACTBackground : Treatment of patients with schizophrenia is using psychotherapy, one of which is Occupational therapy (Drawing). The aim of the study was to determine the effect of occupational therapy drawing activities on changes in sensory perception in auditory hallucination patients at Soeprapto Bengkulu Hospital. Methods :This study uses quantitative research with the type of pre-experimental research with a pre test-post test one group design approach by giving treatment to all respondents. The population is 586 people and samples taken by purposive sampling are 10 people. The types of research data are primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon test statistic.Results : The results of the study were that the average change in sensory perception in patients with auditory hallucinations before occupational drawing therapy at Soeprapto Bengkulu Hospital was 11.80. The average change in sensory perception in auditory hallucination patients after occupational drawing therapy at Soeprapto Bengkulu Hospital is 6.50. There is an effect of occupational therapy drawing activities on changes in sensory perception in auditory hallucination patients at Soeprapto Bengkulu Hospital, p value = 0.007, meaning <0.05 (a).Conclusion : For Health Service Institutions, especially the Soeprapto Bengkulu Hospital, it is hoped that they can provide services to mental patients as optimally as possible and improve the quality of services in mental hospitals.Keywords: Drawing Activity Occupational Therapy, Sensory Perception, Auditory Hallucinations]]>
