Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki praktek manajemen strategis dalam pengelolaan keuangan perguruan tinggi swasta, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan keuangan yang efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam konteks sarana dan prasarana penunjang Perguruan Tinggi Swasta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data terkait praktik pengelolaan keuangan yang digunakan oleh Perguruan Tinggi Swasta dalam mengelola sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung aktivitas akademik. Metode analisis yang digunakan termasuk matriks evaluasi, analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dalam sapras penunjang pendidikan tinggi sangat penting untuk memastikan sumber daya keuangan digunakan secara efisien dan efektif. Beberapa praktik terbaik yang diamati meliputi penggunaan anggaran yang bijaksana, pemantauan secara ketat terhadap pengeluaran, mencari sumber pendanaan alternatif, dan mengoptimalkan investasi. Namun, ditemukan juga kelemahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, seperti kurangnya pemantauan terhadap risiko dan keterbatasan akses pada sumber daya keuangan yang cukup.

Abstract

This paper delves into the pivotal role of educational supervision in facilitating ongoing professional development for teachers amidst the rapidly evolving educational landscape, characterized by diverse learning needs. Effective supervision, beyond enhancing teaching performance, empowers teachers to adapt their practices to meet the ever-changing needs of students, thus underpinning the importance of understanding educational supervision dynamics and their impact on teacher professionalism. The shift towards more collaborative and learning-oriented supervision approaches fosters a partnership between supervisors and teachers, promoting a supportive environment conducive to reflective practice and idea exchange. Furthermore, the integration of technology in educational supervision has emerged as a crucial factor in enriching professional development opportunities. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study aims to provide insights into current supervision dynamics, focusing on collaborative approaches, the role of technology, and strategies designed to bolster teacher professionalism.
