Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find and analyze factors that can affect Intention to Recommend in online medical consultation field. The research model is adapted from a previous study and then modified. Data were collected from women that are 17 years old and who have ever used the online medical consultation application, Halodoc. The research’s method is a quantitative survey, with cross-sectional data. Respondents’ data were taken by purposive sampling and questionnaires were distributed online. As many as 202 participants have fulfilled the requirements to be analyzed with PLS-SEM. The results showed that five antecedents had a significant influence on Intention to Recommend. Antecedents that were worth noting were Helpfulness Trust, Perceived Benefit, and Reliability Trust, where these factors show a positive impact on Intention to Recommend. Factors that could potentially influence users not using online medical consultation applications were also found, such as Performance Risk and Privacy Risk. From the findings of this study, it can be concluded that there are factors that may need to be considered by online medical consultation service providers to maintain or even to better their quality of care.

Abstract

Background: Sectio cesarea comes from the Latin word "Caedere" which means to cut. Sectio cesarean is a way to deliver a fetus, by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen or vagina. Sectio cesarea or caesarean birth is giving birth to a fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall (laparotomy) and uterine wall (hysterectomy). This definition does not include delivery of the fetus from the abdominal cavity in cases of uterine rupture or abdominal pregnancy (Maryunani, 2014). Sectio Caesarea is a method of delivery through an incision in the mother's uterine wall to remove the fetus provided that the uterine wall is intact and the fetus weighs more than 500 grams (Lubis, 2018). . Objective: describes the application of oketani massage to increase breast milk production. Method: using descriptive methods by describing nursing care for mothers post caesarean section to increase breast milk production. The research was conducted on January 14 2024. Results: After conducting educational intervention on the application of Oketani massage, the results can increase breast milk production. Suggestion: It is hoped that Oketano massage can be used as an independent nursing intervention to increase breast milk production.

Abstract

Kemajuan zaman dan perkembangan teknologi menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk terus mengadopsi teori dan pendekatan baru dalam proses pembelajaran. Berbeda dengan metode pembelajaran tradisional, siswa saat ini diharapkan tidak hanya mencapai prestasi akademik yang tinggi, tetapi juga membangun karakter yang kuat. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis permainan (game-based learning) telah diakui sebagai salah satu metode efektif yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan akademik sekaligus mendukung pendidikan karakter siswa. Sains merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang krusial dalam pendidikan, namun penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pengajaran sains masih dapat ditingkatkan, terbukti dari rendahnya motivasi dan prestasi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghadirkan pendekatan yang lebih menarik dan interaktif dengan menggunakan game-based learning dalam pembelajaran sains untuk siswa kelas 2 SD, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, di mana siswa dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kontrol dan eksperimen. Penelitian ini secara khusus mengajarkan topik pemanasan global dengan menerapkan game yang dirancang melalui situs interaktif Genially pada kelompok eksperimen. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei serta nilai pre-test dan post-test. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kedua kelompok mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar, kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan game-based learning menunjukkan peningkatan yang jauh lebih signifikan. Untuk penelitian di masa mendatang, disarankan agar metode ini diterapkan pada mata pelajaran lain atau pada tingkat kelas dan jumlah sampel yang berbeda untuk menguji efektivitasnya lebih lanjut.
