Abstract

Many people want to start a small business at home without a lot of capital, and many also don't understand what to do considering there are many limited capital for starting a business, either capital or knowledge. Through technical guidance, you can explore your ability to manage existing resources, human resources become a benchmark in developing entrepreneurship and business potential. Resources that are capable, competent and intelligent in using science and technology in processing business ideas, even more than that, require resources that can innovate to provide added value so that existing resources provide high economic value and are also able to maintain sustainability. This Technical Guidance provides a broad and varied learning experience by combining participants from various backgrounds and roles as well as interactive learning methods. This is very profitable, especially because Bimtek participants come from the general public who need guidance, support and inspiration. Providing participants with detailed entrepreneurial knowledge and materials can help them create an effective action plan for setting up a new business.

Abstract

Saat ini pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat menerapkan program unggulan yaitu mencetak 100.000 women entrepreneur di Sumatera Barat, oleh karena itu Tim pengabdian Masyarakat dari Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” merasa penting untuk membantu program unggulan Provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan mengadakan kegiatan program penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi perempuan-perempuan khususnya di kota Padang. Kurangnya pemahaman perempuan di kota Padang tentang pentingnya kemampuan berwirausaha maka dari itu Tim PKM UPI “YPTK” mengundang dan membimbing 50 orang perempuan di kota Padang untuk mengikuti edukasi peningkatan ekonomi perempuan melalui berwirausaha. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat perubahan pada kaum perempuan dari sebelum mengikuti kegiatan dengan setelah mengikuti kegiatan, awalnya peserta kurang memahami bagaimana cara berwirausaha yang baik dan benar untuk meningkatkan hasil perekonomian keluarga

Abstract

Media development in learning needs to be done to achieve learning objectives. This research aims to analyze the need for developing LKPD media based on differentiated learning to increase interest and learning outcomes in Biology. The need to develop LKPD based on differentiated learning is an effort to overcome the problem of interest and learning outcomes in Biology which are still low among Phase E students. SMA Negeri 19 Tebo. The research method was carried out quantitatively from the results of filling in the instrument through several stages, namely observation, articles review, preparation of instruments, filling in the instrument, and data tabulation. The subjects of this needs analysis were all 27 Phase E students of SMA Negeri 19 Tebo. The result of this need analysis showed that the development of LKPD based on differentiated learning was needed to increase the interest and learning outcomes in Biology for SMA Negeri 19 Tebo students. The limitation of this LKPD development needs analysis was the limited number of research samples.
