Abstract

Planning an investment in personal financial management especially for students is crucial because investment is a process of learning to manage finances, starting now and in the future. Low knowledge about investment decisions often makes students experience fraud, because offers from investment returns are also very tempting. Based on the phenomenon, this study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior, and risk tolerance on investment decisions. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents with the criteria of students at the University of Semarang majoring in S1 Management class of 2020 and interested in or have already invested in the capital market. The number of research respondents was 96 students and data management used SPSS 23 with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study state that financial literacy has a positive and insignificant effect on investment decisions, while financial behavior and risk tolerance have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions of Semarang University students majoring in Management S1 class of 2020.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the Current Ratio, Return on Assets, and Debt to Equity Ratio on shares in consumer goods companies in 2019-2022. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector, food and beverage subsector, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The total population in that period was 23 companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, namely data obtained from written sources related to research. The analytical method of this research is quantitative data which will then be processed using SPSS 23. The results of this research prove that the Current Ratio has an insignificant effect on stock prices, Return of Assets has an insignificant effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio has an insignificant effect on prices. share.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of product quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The problem faced by the Sinar Mulyo Tegowanu Grobogan clothing store is declining sales. The population in this study were all consumers at the Sinar Mulyo Clothing Store and the sample used in this study was 96 respondents. This research used purposive sampling technique and a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Then the data obtained was analyzed using SPSS 25 which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this test show that product quality has no and no significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the coefficient of determination value of 0.902, in this case it means that 90.2% of the variation in the customer loyalty variable is explained by the variables product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the remaining 9.8% is explained by other variables outside the model.
