Abstract

The development of a creative economy based on culinary tourism is starting to be liked by the community and culinary tourism is a new opportunity in the economic field because it offers tourist destinations supported by the freshness and richness of the culinary arts in their respective regions. This concept combines natural resources with their beauty and human resources with their intellect as assets in the manufacturing industry economy into a creative industrial economy. Through several policies and laws, the Indonesian government pays special attention to the economic development sector in the culinary tourism sector. Since the development of this culinary tourism, many entrepreneurs have succeeded in developing creative economy businesses in the culinary tourism sector. This research explores the role of innovation as the key to developing culinary tourism destinations to support economic growth in the area. The qualitative method is the method that we consider appropriate to conduct research and exploration of this culinary tourism. As a business that pours natural wealth, culinary wealth, and fresh new ideas into the development of the creative economy, it depends on innovation. In this research process, we also found innovations that are the key to the success of the creative economy in maintaining and developing its business. This has a positive impact on regional economic growth.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of growth and development failure in infants caused by lack of nutritional intake provided. Malnutrition occurs in babies in the womb until the baby is born, but stunting disease will be detected when the baby is 2 years old and above. There are at least 653 stunted babies in East Java. The way to reduce the occurrence of stunted babies is to socialize about the dangers of stunting that occurs due to early marriage. The purpose of holding socialization is to increase adolescents' understanding of the importance of maturing the age of marriage as an effort to reduce the number of stunted babies born. This socialization was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Pasirian and SMK Negeri Pasirian. This activity received a good response from students of SMA Negeri 1 Pasirian and SMK Negeri Pasirian and there was an increase in knowledge from students as evidenced by discussions held on the sidelines of the event in order to monitor students' understanding of the material that had been delivered. It is hoped that from this socialization activity, students at SMA Negeri 1 Pasirian and SMK Negeri Pasirian can increase students' knowledge and apply the ideal marriage age of 25-year-old men and 21-year-old women.

Abstract

Banking institutions that provide sharia-based services in Indonesia still have a smaller number of customers compared to conventional banks, even though Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Therefore, this study aims to observe customer satisfaction with Islamic banking services and help managers evaluate their performance. This research was conducted using big data analysis from reviews given by the public regarding 3 Islamic banks in Surabaya through the Google Maps website, including: Bank Syariah Indonesia Surabaya Jemur Handayani, Bank Syariah Surabaya Branch Office Dharmawangsa, and Bank Syariah Surabaya Branch Office Darmo. By using the textual review method, it is hoped that this research can provide an overview of social perspectives regarding service quality and customer satisfaction with Islamic banks and provide input for managers so that they can advance the Islamic economy, especially in Indonesia.
