Abstract

This research aims to investigate the phenomenon of Post-traumatic growth (PTG) in women who experience toxic relationships according to an Islamic Psychology perspective. PTG refers to the positive changes and growth that emerge after a traumatic experience, and this research focuses on how women who have been involved in toxic relationships experience positive growth in accordance with the teachings and principles of Islamic Psychology. This research will use a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods with a number of women who have experienced toxic relationships. Additionally, text and content analysis will be used to identify patterns of positive growth that emerge from these traumatic experiences. The collected data will be analyzed by referring to Islamic psychological concepts such as patience, trust, and muhasabah. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a deeper understanding of how women experience positive growth after experiencing a toxic relationship, as well as how the principles of Islamic Psychology, such as trust and patience, play an important role in this process. The implications of this research can contribute to the development of a more holistic psychotherapy approach based on Islamic values to help someone overcome traumatic experiences and achieve positive growth.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of field observations in building interest in family business through literature study research methods. Family businesses are a central pillar of the economy in many countries, and the interest and involvement of family members plays a crucial role in the continuity and growth of these businesses. Field observations, which include family members' direct experience in various aspects of the family business, are thought to have a significant influence in the formation of family business interests. The literature study research method was used to investigate previous studies relevant to this topic. Although there is no research that specifically examines the influence of field observations in building interest in family business, this literature review will present concepts and theories that can provide an understanding of the potential influence of field observations and their practical implications. The results of the literature review show that field observations have the potential to increase the understanding, skills and involvement of family members in the family business. Through direct experience in various aspects of the business, family members can gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the family business and increase their intrinsic motivation to be involved in the business.

Abstract

Kepercayaan diri merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan psikologis anak, terutama bagi santri di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPQ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi permainan edukasi dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri santri di TPQ Desa Tangkisan, Tawangmangu. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode studi lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data dari santri dan pengajar. Permainan edukasi yang diterapkan meliputi "tepuk konsentrasi" dan "ambil barang" untuk melatih konsentrasi dan kecepatan, serta metode bernyanyi untuk pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan edukasi mampu meningkatkan konsentrasi, kecepatan, dan kepercayaan diri santri. Santri menunjukkan peningkatan dalam partisipasi aktif dan keberanian dalam menjawab pertanyaan. Pemberian reward juga efektif dalam memotivasi santri. Hambatan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan peralatan dapat diatasi dengan penyesuaian yang fleksibel. Kesimpulannya, implementasi permainan edukasi di TPQ Desa Tangkisan berhasil meningkatkan kepercayaan diri santri dan dapat dijadikan model bagi TPQ lain. Pelatihan bagi pengajar tentang metode permainan edukasi direkomendasikan untuk keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan program.
