Abstract

Local wisdom is considered as part of the culture and identity of indigenous peoples, which contains values, norms, ethics, beliefs, customs and traditions developed through social and cultural interactions. This research focuses on one of the traditions in Indonesia, namely the larung offering ceremony. Larung offerings is a religious ritual as a form of gratitude to God. In this research, it was found that the Javanese Blitar indigenous people still maintain the tradition of larung offerings as part of their culture and beliefs. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from written sources. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the existence of the Blitar Javanese traditional community carrying out offerings and how customary and Islamic law influences this process.

Abstract

Perceraian di Indonesia Ditinjau Dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam Yang Berlaku. Pendahuluan Perceraian merupakan fenomena kompleks yang telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sosial dan budaya di berbagai masyarakat, termasuk di Indonesia. Kehadirannya tidak hanya memengaruhi individu yang terlibat secara langsung, tetapi juga berdampak pada keluarga, masyarakat, dan bahkan sistem hukum yang mengaturnya. Dalam konteks Indonesia, perceraian menjadi peristiwa yang sering kali dipertanyakan, diperdebatkan, dan diatur secara ketat, terutama ketika dilihat dari perspektif hukum Islam Dalam hal "Perceraian di Indonesia Ditinjau Dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam Yang Berlaku", salah satu metode penelitian yang kami dapat digunakan adalah metode penelitian studi kasus dapat digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam bagaimana perceraian diatur dan diterapkan dalam konteks hukum Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

Tax is one of the main sources of state income. We already know that taxpayer compliance is required to fulfill the tax itself. Then, to maintain a balanced level of taxpayer compliance in paying taxes, the government's role is needed to guarantee legal certainty so that it can fulfill other aspects such as expediency and justice. This is where the role of the government can be seen from the efforts taken to fulfill this. The purpose of this article is to answer and understand the role and efforts of the government towards taxpayer compliance. This article was prepared using a descriptive study and that is the study method through norms, applicable laws and regulations, journals or other sources. Apart from being descriptive, this article was prepared using searches through document and literature studies.
