Abstract

In archive management, a system implemented to manage letter archives is a very good thing. In the 5.0 era, the use of electronics is commonplace, even a necessity. The use of electronics in records management increases the efficiency of correspondence. In this research, which uses the research method, the author intends to explain the application of a system that can be used in archive management and matters related to it. An example that can be adopted is the use of an application that makes the process of preparing letters from start to finish easier, this shows efficiency in archiving letters.

Abstract

This journal article aims to discuss the effectiveness of school principals in making decisions regarding professional teacher performance in order to increase student success at school. The data collection technique in this journal uses the method used is library research, in this case the effectiveness of the school principal, namely; 1) able to empower teachers to carry out the learning process well, smoothly and productively, 2) able to complete assignments and work according to the specified time, 3) able to establish harmonious relationships with the community so that they can actively involve them in realizing school goals and education, 4) successfully implementing leadership principles that are appropriate to the maturity level of teachers and other employees at the school, 5) working with the management team, and 6) successfully realizing school goals in a productive manner in accordance with established provisions. For this reason, the effectiveness of the principal's leadership is very important in improving the quality and achievements of the school.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempunyai kewajiban sentral dalam membimbing dan menumbuhkan kinerja practitioner di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjabarkan hasil strategi dan pelaksanaan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja practitioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di beberapa sekolah menengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen kebijakan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap motivasi dan kinerja practitioner. Kepala sekolah yang bisa memberikan arahan yang nyata, memberdayakan staf, dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, mendorong terciptanya budaya pembelajaran yang dinamis di sekolah. Selain itu, kebijakan penilaian kinerja practitioner yang transparan dan berorientasi pengembangan turut berperan dalam merangsang upaya pengembangan diri para pendidik. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai pentingnya peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya mengembangkan program pelatihan kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman kepala sekolah dalam mengelola dan memotivasi tenaga kependidikan. Dengan cara ini, sekolah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dan menyediakan lingkungan yang mendorong peningkatan mutu pendidikan.
