Abstract

INTERNALIZATION OF RELIGIOUS HUMANISTIC VALUES IN  “Z” GENERATION USING DESIGN FOR CHANGE. The importance of this research is the trend of Generation Z which can not be separated from internet technology. This phenomenon gave birth to a new problem, where the attitude of Generation Z is tend to be individualistic, less sensitive to the environment, likes to do cyberbulying, cybercrime and other problems far from humanist value. This will lead to greater problems if teachers do not use relevant strategies in educating. This study presents the strategy of PAI teachers in instilling religious humanistic values in the Z generation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a method of determining sampling in the form of purposeful sampling precisely in SMAN 26 Bandung. The findings in the field related to the strategy of PAI teachers in instilling humanistic values in the Z generation is through the process of learning in the classroom with various methods of learning PAI accompanied by the use of technology-based media, one of which is using Design For Change method. The result is that students become passionate about learning, being religious, more concerned about humanitarian issues and trying to collaborate in finding solutions. This awareness virus can be transmitted with Internet media and social media that Generasi Z have.

Abstract

The emergence of Integrated Islamic Schools adds to the treasures for the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. Prior to the emergence of Integrated Islamic Schools, educational institutions in Indonesia consisted of madrasas, public schools and Islamic boarding schools. The existence of Integrated Islamic Schools brings different colors and characteristics when compared to madrasas and pesantren. Integrated Islamic Schools combine religious education which is the hallmark of Islamic boarding schools and modern education which is the hallmark of public schools. The concept of integration is built by combining religious education and general education in one curriculum. The subjects and coaching activities presented are integrated with each other with Islamic values. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the concept of integration or integration between Islam and science in Integrated Islamic schools has been contained in the curriculum. However, the limitations of learning resources and teaching resources that can integrate Islam and science are a challenge in their efforts to implement the concept of integration in the Integrated Islamic School. So that the process of Islamization of subjects and training of teaching resources should continue to be carried out to realize an Integrated Islamic School that is in line with the concept of integration.Keywords : Islamic Education, Islamization of Knowledge, Integrated Islamic School

Abstract

Introducing the Quran to early childhood is a crucial foundation for developing their character and spirituality. In the modern technological era, adopting an effective learning approach is essential. This article reviews the significance of a multisensory approach in Quran memorization for early childhood. This study employed a mixed-methods approach, involving a survey of 50 parents selected through convenience sampling who participated in the tahfidz program. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with seven parents and three early childhood tahfidz teachers, complemented by direct observation of interactions in the memorization process. Data analysis was performed descriptively using MS Excel 2013 for quantitative data and NVivo 12 for qualitative data, based on the Miles and Huberman approach. The results indicate that the tradition of Quran memorization remains strong in Muslim families and is increasingly applied to early childhood. Methods involving multiple senses—such as hearing, sight, and touch—are preferred to enhance memorization. The integration of technology, combining audio, visual, and kinesthetic elements, creates an engaging memorization experience. This study confirms that a multisensory approach, along with technology integration and the active involvement of parents and teachers, enhances children's engagement and memory retention. It also provides a robust foundation for developing an effective religious education curriculum.

Abstract

Penggunaan Gadget pada anak menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi orang tua, khususnya bagi Millennial Parents sebagai orang tua muda. Gadget pada anak selain memiliki manfaat, di sisi lain Gadget juga memiliki dampak buruk bagi tumbuh kembang dan hubungan sosial anak. Masalah yang muncul hari ini yaitu banyaknya anak usia dini kecanduan Gadget. Salah satu upaya dalam menanggulangi kecanduan Gadget diantaranya dengan membatasi waktu anak dalam menggunakan Gadget dan mengalihkan anak dengan aktivitas secara fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk kegiatan informal yang dilakukan Millennial Parents di rumah. Cara Millennial Parents dalam mendidik anak berbeda dengan generasi sebelumnya disebabkan faktor teknologi dan perubahan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sebanyak 10 orang tua terlibat sebagai subjek penelitian. Data diambil melalui wawancara,  observasi dan studi dokumen,  selanjutnya data dianalisis. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Muslim Millennial Parents memiliki kesadaran atas pentingnya mendidik anak dan menanamkan keimanan sejak dini. Selain menggunakan pendekatan konvensional, diantara alternatif yang dipilih Muslim Millennial Parents untuk mempermudah proses pendidikan yaitu menggunakan layanan Home Educator Helper. Home Educator Helper merupakan sebuah platform homeschooling online yang menyediakan kurikulum, evaluasi, support system dan kosultasi pendidikan di rumah.

Abstract

AbstactThis study aims to analyze the conceptual and practical distinctions among Islamic Education, Islamic Pedagogy, and Islamic Religious Education. Employing a qualitative approach and a comparative study design, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with education practitioners, literature review, and direct observation of the learning process in selected educational institutions in Indonesia. The research sample was purposively chosen to encompass a representative range of institutions implementing these three educational approaches. The findings highlight significant conceptual variances: Islamic Education encompasses a broad spectrum of education grounded in Islamic values; Islamic Pedagogy emphasizes the integration of character education and morality within the curriculum; while Islamic Religious Education focuses on imparting knowledge of Islamic religious beliefs. It is anticipated that this research will enrich the Islamic education literature by elucidating the distinctions among these three educational paradigms and their implications for the formulation of education policies, curricula, and pedagogical practices in Islamic educational institutions.Keywords: Islamic Education, Islamic Pedagogy, Islamic Religious Education, Concept of Islamic Education, Islamic Education Paradigm.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan konseptual dan praktis antara Pendidikan Islam, Pendidikan Islami, dan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi komparatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan praktisi pendidikan, studi pustaka, serta observasi langsung pada proses pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan yang terpilih di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara purposive untuk mendapatkan variasi representatif dari lembaga yang menerapkan ketiga pendekatan pendidikan tersebut. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi perbedaan konseptual yang signifikan antara Pendidikan Islam, yang mencakup aspek luas pendidikan berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam; Pendidikan Islami, yang lebih fokus pada integrasi pendidikan karakter dan moralitas dalam kurikulum; dan Pendidikan Agama Islam, yang terfokus pada pengajaran aspek keagamaan Islam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada literatur pendidikan Islam dengan menyediakan pemahaman yang lebih jelas tentang diferensiasi antara ketiga pendekatan pendidikan ini dan implikasinya terhadap pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan, kurikulum, dan praktik pengajaran di lembaga pendidikan Islam.
