Abstract

Abstrak-Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Komposisi Jenis makrozoobentos pada ekosistem mangrove di kawasan wisata pada Wilayah Pesisir Desa Balauring Kecamatan Omesuri Kabupaten Lembata. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan ada 20 jenis Makrozoobentos Astraea heliotropium, Cypraea annulus, Rhinoclavis kochi, Conus sanguinolentus, Batillaria zonalis, Batilaria minima, Phalium flammiferum, Nerita planospira, Nerita polita, Nerita chamaeleon, Vexillum cancellarioides, Buccinulum corneum, Colombella major, Cymatium gibbosum, Nasarius horidus, Nassarius Globosus, Cerithium munitum, Mactra antiquate, Pitar citrinus dan Uca dussumieri. Jika dihitung nilai komposisi berdasarkan kelas maka ada 3 kelas yaitu kelas Gastropoda dengan nilai komposisi 85.00%, kelas Bivalvia 10% dan kelas Malacostraca 5%. Berdasarkan rata-rata nilai komposisi jenis makrozoobentos dari penjelasan ini, maka dapat diketahui bahwa makrozoobentos dari kelas Gastropoda memiliki nilai komposisi tertinggi dan yang terendah adalah kelas Malacostraca. Kata Kunci: Komposisi Jenis , Makrozoobentos, Ekosistem Mangrove. Abstrack-The purpose of this study was to determine the density and density of macrozoobenthos in the mangrove ecotourism area in Balauring Village, Omesuri District, Lembata Regency. The method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of the study found that there were 20 species of Macrozoobentos Astraea heliotropium, Cypraea annulus, Rhinoclavis kochi, Conus sanguinolentus, Batillaria zonalis, Batilaria minima, Phalium flammiferum, Nerita planospira, Nerita polita, Nerita chamaeleon, Vexillum cancellarioides, Buccinulum corneum, Colombella major, Cymatium gibbosum, Nasarius horidus, Nassarius Globosus, Cerithium munitum, Mactra antiquate, Pitar citrinus and Uca dussumieri. If the composition value is calculated by class, there are 3 classes, namely the Gastropod class with a composition value of 85.00%, the Bivalvia class 10% and the Malacostraca class 5%. Based on the average composition value of macrozoobenthos from this explanation, it can be seen that macrozoobenthos from the Gastropod class has the highest composition value and the lowest is the Malacostraca class. This indicates that the type of macrozoobenthos that dominates the mangrove ecotourism area on the coast of Balauring Village, Omesuri District, Lembata Regency is from the Gastropod class. Abstract

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis dan ukuran ikan hasil tangkapan alat tangkap purse seine yang dioperasikan oleh nelayan di Desa Balauring, Kecamatan Omesuri, Kabupaten Lembata. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik observasi yaitu mengamati secara langsung proses pembongkaran ikan diatas kapal. Data komposisi jenis hasil tangkapan purse seine dihitung pada setiap waktu hauling satuan (kg) jenis ikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis dan ukuran ikan hasil tangkapan alat tangkap purse seine yaitu layang (Decapterus russelli) dengan panjang 12-31 cm dan berat 14,1-330 gram, tongkol burik (Euthynnus affinis) dengan panjang 19,3-28,5 cm dan berat 45-300 gram, selar (Selar crumenophtalmus) dengan panjang 18,5-21,2 cm dan berat 10,1-127,5 gram, sunglir (Elagatis bipinnulata) dengan panjang 15-22,5 cm dan berat 14,1-304 gram, sedangkan kuwe (Caranx ignobilis) dengan panjang 10-19 cm dan berat 14-31 gram. Komposisi tertinggi yang di tangkap oleh nelayan purse seine adalah layang (Decapterus russelli) dengan nilai komposisi yaitu 71% komposisi terendah yang di tangkap oleh nelayan purse seine adalah kuwe (Caranx ignobilis) dengan komposisi 0,11%. Abstrak- This study aims to determine the types and sizes of fish caught by purse seine fishing gear operated by fishermen in Balauring Village, Omesuri District, Lembata Regency. Collecting research data using observation techniques, namely observing directly the process of unloading fish on board. Analysis of the data obtained from the study. The composition of purse seine catches was calculated based on the composition of each hauling time unit (kg) of fish species. The results showed that the types and sizes of fish caught by purse seine fishing gear operated by fishermen in Balauring Village were mackerel scad (Decapterus russelli) with a length of 12-31 cm and a weight of 14.1-330 grams, mackerel tuna (Euthynnus affinis) with a length of 19.3-28.5 cm and a weight of 45-300 grams, bigeye scad (Selar crumenophtalmus) with a length of 18.5-21.2 cm and a weight of 10.1-127.5 grams, rainbow runner (Elagatis bipinnulata) with a length of 15-22.5 cm and a weight of 14.1-304 grams, while the giant trevally (Caranx ignobilis) has a length of 10-19 cm and a weight of 14-31 grams. The highest composition caught by purse seine fishermen is mackerel scad (Decapterus russelli) with a composition value of 71%, the lowest composition caught by purse seine fishermen is giant trevally (Caranx ignobilis) with a composition of 0.11%.
